From the author: Each of us has fears. This is quite natural and normal, we live with them without attaching much importance to it... As long as they do not interfere with our lives. But suddenly you are more and more often faced with situations about which they say “and you want it, but you need it.” For example, you don’t see any prospects in your current job, but looking for a new one is scary. New love is knocking on your heart, but you are afraid to listen and develop this feeling. Each of us has fears. This is quite natural and normal, we live with them without attaching much importance to it... As long as they do not interfere with our lives. But suddenly you are more and more often faced with situations about which they say “and you want it - and it hurts.” For example, you don’t see any prospects in your current job, but looking for a new one is scary. New love is knocking on your heart, but you are afraid to listen and develop this feeling. And then you begin to weigh the pros and cons - is it worth making an effort to face your fear face to face and get rid of it, or give up and leave everything as it is. I will give you 4 reasons why is it still worth stepping beyond your fears, and not hiding from them? Firstly, in order to be the master of your life, and not be led by your uncontrollable feelings and emotions. I’m not calling to get rid of them completely and become “cold and dispassionate”; I’m talking about being conscious of your states, including fears. It is important to distinguish between fears and the instinct of self-preservation. For example, if you are walking along a mountain path, your innate instinct allows you to remain cautious and carefully monitor where you step. But if you suffer from a fear of heights, you will not be able to move, it will paralyze you in place. Our seminar will allow you to learn to be conscious of your emotions, allow the instinct of self-preservation to be a reliable guard, and get rid of unnecessary fears with the help of special practices. You will be able to build your life focusing on your desires, and not being led by fears. Secondly, liberation from fears will allow you to free up a lot of energy and connect to those resources that are currently hidden from you. Here's the thing: every fear requires you to continually try to shut out what you're afraid of. For example, if you are afraid of dogs, every time you go outside, you should be on the lookout for an aggressive dog nearby. The owner, who fears that she will be “cheated” in the store, frantically recalculates the cost of any purchase several times, often starts heated discussions with the cashier out of nowhere... The consumption of excess energy here is obvious. There is another hidden resource lurking behind any fear. But this requires more serious and lengthy explanations, so I will talk about it at the seminar. As a result, you will feel a surge of strength and energy, and you will be able to do those things for which you usually did not have enough. Thirdly, the process of liberation from fears itself is an incomparable process of self-knowledge in its fascination. This - the delight of new discoveries, the joy of victory, and the beauty of the creative journey - is more exciting than any movie! Well, the main thing is a feeling of freedom as a reward for your exploits - after all, at some moments you will have to overcome yourself, step beyond the usual stereotypes, and this always requires courage and patience. I have specially prepared creative tasks for you, so that not only a well-deserved victory over fear awaits you, but also “trophies” as reminders - you were able, you coped, you proved what you are capable of. After all, how important it is sometimes to remind yourself “what a great fellow I am!” Fourthly, keep in mind that fears are “contagious” by their nature. It’s worth getting rid of them if only to take care of your loved ones. For example, a small child is not afraid of frogs, because they themselves are not dangerous. But, seeing how mom jumps onto the bench with a squeal,".
