What's good today Today is a great sunny spring day, and I went with my daughter for a walk in the park. There is such a state when external circumstances develop in such a way that there is actually nothing to complain about. And then it is not clear where the feeling of dissatisfaction and dissatisfaction with oneself comes from. Knowing the peculiarities of my recovering thinking, one of which is the habit of seeing everything in a negative light, I begin to do gymnastics for positive thinking. The first exercise is to see the positive sides in all phenomena. The snow has melted in the park, there are puddles and mud here and there, and it has not yet been cleared up after the winter. It’s not a pleasant sight, but I see the first green grass, I remember how every year in April at this time my dad would assemble my bicycle on the balcony, and I couldn’t wait for him to lower it into my yard, and I finally , I'll ride with the breeze. I can imagine how different everything will be here in two weeks: dry, clean, green grass everywhere, trees are blooming, rides are running, and my daughter is going to sit on the first carousel in her life... After the illness, there is lethargy in the body, all movements are given through strength , and besides, my throat hurts. Thoughts about how to quickly end the day so that you can go to bed and not worry about what to cook for your daughter and what to do with her. Another property of thinking is to rush life. As a child, I would rather become an adult and finish school. And now - I wish I could go back 10 years ago, but not to that state, but with the experience I already have! But this can only be done in dreams, nothing can be returned, and in such a physical body the pleasure is no longer the same: there is no energy, strength is running out, there is no sense in doing anything either. What's good here? I imagined that another ten years had passed, and I was dreaming of being in the spring of 2012, and now it’s a miracle: I’m there. I am 10 years younger, completely free, walking in the sun with my happy baby daughter, who is happily jumping through puddles in pink shoes and seeing the first butterfly in her life! In general, I love this time, when there is still wind and dust, but it is already warm, and soon everything will turn green and bloom, and everything is just beginning, and soon there will be strength for creativity and positive changes in the soul. Only for this you need to learn to look for something good every day. Together with Yulia Vasyukova
