Women's leadership is a new phenomenon, especially for Russian women. Because in a Russian person there is a soul and there is love. The heart of a Russian woman is love, which she is able to radiate through her hugs, and you can hug everyone with your thoughts when the women’s circle gathers. What is the likelihood that women's circles can be effectively implemented in educational settings? Can women be leaders for the younger generation when, in principle, it is common for them to fight with the older generation and the reproductive environment, which is now the majority of the educational community? What form will attract the attention of both adults and children and will encourage them to develop and create? A women's circle and community is a place to call home. We come into this world, falling into the womb of the mother, where the universe loves you unconditionally. Then we grow up and enter a world full of contradictions, pain and suffering, into a community of people where we have to survive. However, each of us remembers that there is a place where you will be accepted, heard and understood. A place where we can be ourselves. New women's leadership is not about achievement, not about competition, which is characteristic of the management hierarchy of the past, it is about the warmth of the soul and about development in a resource environment, even when you live in a remote part of the world or in a city where there is no such community. You can become this leader and create a community online where everyone who comes to it will receive support and love, and will be able to feel at home. Cozy, calm, without tension, letting the flow through you and giving it to others, endlessly enriching others and receiving energy in return, multiplied many times over. This is how the idea of ​​a women’s club in Novokuznetsk, WomenDesign, was created, where everyone can be themselves and develop. Living different roles together, taking seminars on metaphorical cards, drawing mandalas and brewing a cup of tea, we suddenly discovered that we had created our own field, the field of the protective circle, each becoming a unique and important element in it, repeating the model of the universe, where everyone is different, but unique and whole, significant, unique leadership, coming from responsibility for each member of the community and circle, this is how a real community is formed, which strengthens the strength of everyone many times over. And of course, women's circles are open to everyone who wants to develop and move forward.
