Once upon a time at one of the conferences at the institute, Lefebvre, a professor from California, came to see me. He talked for an hour about his experiences in the central direction of behavioral psychology for US scientists - behaviorism. What was unexpected for me was not his experiments, but the fact that thinking for him, as a matter of course, was the movement of the whole body and all systems of the body aimed at achieving a goal, while by thinking I understood only purely mental acts that are common in Russian textbooks. Another is the same. It came as a surprise to me in another conversation with a professor who came to us from Germany, when I discovered that by science he meant not the usual fiddling with my formulas, but a complex solution of problems that takes into account the goals of business, government, social groups, his university and his own purely scientific interests. They reported and discussed their results at a commission in the Bundestag, where questions about their use and financing were decided. For him, without this complexity, the laboratory’s activities were not science. Laboratories, research centers, and universities there were constantly reformatted to suit the tasks of the state, business, economy and society. Here, thinking, unusually for us, expanded into social and economic space. Another meeting, already with Professor Giacomo Rizzolatti, who had arrived from Italy, discovered for me the participation in our thinking of the mirror system of the brain as a completely new way of perceiving ourselves and others, the perception of a person as a flow of states. For In order to move on to the kind of generalized thinking that was revealed to me - thinking with the whole body, with the participation of the mirror system of the brain and in all dimensions - it took me several years. My publications are made in the format of such thinking as generalized thinking trainings. We have already published a number of exercises in the format of the proposed to me by Lefebvre - thinking exercises in the images of the internal programs of our body and brain. We returned to the same plots over and over again, developing a sense of them as an unfolding stream of internal programs and states resonating with our body and brain. Once again, let’s observe people already familiar to us as their internal thinking, thinking with unfolding internal programs and states. These can be any people we observe around us and in any stories from the Internet. A special internal feeling of flows of states, holding them and operating them as your own resource and is the task of our course of generalized thinking, which allows us to solve many seemingly intractable problems through copying and staging flows of internal programs and states.
