It’s warming up early and it already smells like spring outside! In fact, this is wonderful and I’m in joyful anticipation of the blossoming of nature! It will be warm again and green will delight the eye grass and budding buds on the trees! In the meantime, it’s time to remember how I visited the Apothecary Garden in Moscow last year. To be honest, this is one of my favorite places for a walk, and my wife and I try to go there as often as possible. After all, in such places you can not only relax and breathe fresh air filled with the aromas of different plants, but also be in silence, take a break from the bustle and work. Previously, I did not understand the beauty of such walks, and the beauty of the change of seasons was a common thing for me. I did not particularly notice small details - all my thoughts and actions were devoted not to contemplation, but to routine work, to which I devoted many years. Over time the situation changed and I became more grateful not only to my internal changes, but also to changes in nature! After all, even in something small and tiny you can see the whole universe, you just need to want to “see” and let this beauty into your life! in the Apothecary Garden there was a lot of this beauty and there was something to look at! A photograph taken with your own hands! And this contemplation alone can bring a lot of pleasure, fill you with positive emotions and restore your resources. One day, walking along the alleys with very beautiful primroses, I thought about that “we see only the surface - beautiful flowers and well-groomed plants,” but this in itself cannot be! And so it happened - I began to notice people who were constantly doing something. Either they were digging new holes, or digging up bushes, planting new flowers, carried wheelbarrows with soil - they provided constant care for all this beauty, for these plants and flowers! I saw the end result of this everyday meticulous work, which helps the future flower become strong and beautiful (as we see it in the end)! Photography made with my own hands! At that moment, a good analogy with myself came to my mind, since I mostly work with women and help them in matters of growing feminine value, self-esteem, and confidence in their femininity. Essentially, I am like a gardener helping his clients - flowers - to find their true feminine power! Moreover, this work - in therapy - is also similar to the work of a gardener and caring for a flower. It is impossible to get an adult, well-groomed flower from a seed in one day - just as you cannot solve all the problems that have been accumulating in one consultation for years. I really liked this analogy, since I really have been in the “flower garden” all my life! At first I worked in women’s groups, and then women became my main clients. Moreover, my work cannot please me, because every time “ beautiful flowers" are only getting bigger! Photo taken by yourself! Now I’m preparing a new free webinar for you. “How to cope with exhaustion and lack of strength?” March 18 at 20.00 For participation FB_LINK, there will be a recording!
