Prosperity and well-being are never an accident. Of course, luck and luck have some significance, but not a determining one. We know people who are phenomenally lucky! But at the same time they do not have the discipline and wisdom to preserve the fruits of luck, develop, multiply and use wisely. Often, the successful do not really appreciate the fact that people come to them so easily. The theme of prosperity itself is not about quantity, but about quality. We can talk about abundance and balance of material things, which are a consequence of spiritual harmony. We can talk about living life to the fullest. But not about the volume of anything, not about the external material side, deprived of its foundation. High income, popularity with the opposite sex, bulging muscles, any external manifestation are not the determining criteria. Prosperity is the realization of the needs of the soul in options that are characterized by expansion, strengthening, improvement, enhancement. Prosperity and well-being are fundamentally systemic things! We explore them using the example of our own lives and the people with whom we work in consultations and seminars.• Prosperity is directly related to the essence or Nature of the subject. From the essence arises the Spirit of prosperity. This is an incredible area of research. “What am I really like? How can I express myself in the best way?” Sculpture Self made man. If a person understands his nature, manifests and develops it, caring about improving the form of expression, then opportunities for prosperity come to him - the right circumstances, situations and people. The external is aligned with the internal. Since the nature of each person is unique, there is no one path for everyone. As different as we are, our options for finding and maintaining happiness, wealth and love are also different. Some are a loner, some are really social, outgoing and friendly. Some are doers, some are thinkers. And there are a huge number of such qualities, much more subtle distinctive features. This is the Great Diversity, the potential for everyone to become an expression of the Archetype of themselves. Due to certain evolutionary tasks of consciousness, man tends to significantly distort his nature. This is facilitated by mass culture, family and tribal programs, the values of local and global groups. Just think about it, a spruce does not do anything to become a birch, it is a spruce, this is its being. The cat lives the life of a cat and does not pretend that she is a shark. And only a person does not know who he is and, in the flow of conditioning from the moment of his conception, accumulates significant distortions of his nature. These are like prominent examples of how parents insist on a legal education for their son, who clearly demonstrates a craving for creativity or physical achievements and is simply indifferent to jurisprudence. This subsequently makes him unhappy and unsuccessful. These are also more subtle distortions of character traits by the whims of society in relation to gender roles, the manipulative “a real man should”, “a girl should”. The totality of distortions of oneself becomes the main obstacle to prosperity. And we will see this further.• Nature, left to itself, strives for diversity, expansion and Abundance. You have probably often heard recommendations like: walk in nature more often. I would complement and clarify this: Observe nature, strive to comprehend and absorb its secrets! So it will be more interesting to walk and sit on a bench in the park. Nature itself, without prompting or help, finds ways to regulate itself, expand and strengthen. You can be convinced of this simply by observing. I remember how, at the age of 6-8, I loved exploring the flower beds at the entrance. It was truly a magnificent world. I was interested in every insect, ants, bees and bumblebees, every blade of grass and flower, rose hips and plantain. How does it all interact with each other and make friends? A whole world, a complex ecosystem in 10 square meters, diversity. It amazed me and attracted me with some kind of mystery. And for good reason. Nature laid downin ourselves, is just as magnificent and smart. Although it is formatted and disrupted by the artificial environment, if we still find the keys to it, then it leads us to natural prosperity. We are required not to interfere, but to facilitate its impulses to manifestation, and to find noble ways of expressing these impulses. Thus, the road to prosperity lies through the elimination of distortions of our nature - what I am not in reality or the False Self; and direct comprehension of one’s nature, finding the keys to the originally inherent potential - the True Self. Fortunately, our potential, the characteristics that determine harmonious paths, are completely knowable. There are ways, principles and means to achieve them. Our seminar-retreat “Scenarios of Prosperity” is particularly dedicated to these tasks. • You should do what you are passionate about, what you love. This is a very simple and effective thing. And at the same time, this causes the greatest storm of indignation among people. The reason is not that it is objectively difficult. On the contrary, we are designed to do what we love, our brains are wired that way. We extract energy from such activity, because the nervous system itself rewards this with hormones, neurotransmitters, the actions of which in the body we experience as satisfaction, happiness, joy and pleasure. But if this is so, then why do most people reject this idea, they believe that it is impossible in modern realities to do what you want? It seems so, because we live in a deeply conditioned world. Each person is processed by a system of family values, norms and rules of the clan, framed by social rules of various groups of large and small contexts. Existential philosopher Martin Heidegger called the impersonal and average world of existence Das Man. To one degree or another, we are all immersed in the anonymous flow of Das Man. And the deeper we go, the less realistic and possible it seems to us to live according to the will of our own soul. Das Man takes away a person’s freedom and immerses him in the world of routine and bustle. Here I can only state that the practices and studies that we conduct in seminars and consultations are tools for getting out of the web of restrictions. This is a certain path from a deeply conditioned psyche to the True Self in this flow, an effort to learn to hear yourself and follow your harmony in accordance with your inner truth. Sometimes only a moment separates us from understanding - a snap of fingers, bam, awakening, clear understanding! Oh, I want to do this, everything inside me agrees! Great. And on every correct path this happens, from understanding to understanding a person finds Himself. • Prosperity is rooted in simplicity and ease. In this case, simplicity does not mean primitiveness, but naturalness and elegance. Look at Chinese and Japanese paintings. You will see the use of simple lines, shapes and colors, but their combination reflects the artist’s knowledge of the things depicted, their rhythm and essence. Simple lines are the result of the movement of the master’s hand. Chinese artist, Jin Hongjun. The artist does not simplify his work, but he expresses the versatility of the mental forces involved through the simplicity of lines and forms. Simplicity is not the result of simplifying the complex, but the ability to contain the complex and come to a simple expression. With line, the artist expresses the rhythm, depth and mood of the object. Simplicity of action that combines many things. Prosperity implies expansion and diversity. We are talking about both internal - skills, knowledge, mental range, and external - opportunities, environment, forms of activity. The development of all this occurs in a spiral, where each new turn does not mean discarding the previous one, but is integrated and added to the general. Here is a small example of our own. 8 years ago I based my practice on trance and hypnotic techniques. For a couple of years, I conducted a wide variety of studies with the possibilities of hypnosis and gradually mastered everything that was needed for my goals at that time. After that, I became interested in body-oriented practices.psychotherapy, psycholinguistics and psychodynamic models. And many who observed the start of my activity began to say then that I “left hypnosis and do not use hypnotherapy.” Although, if you have truly learned something, it stays with you forever, and you use it automatically. A child who has learned to walk simply does it, and his interest switches to where and why he can go. Walking itself is no longer of interest, but is part of it. So it is here. If I stopped talking about something, it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist, but perhaps this topic has lost interest and the emphasis has shifted. Temporarily or completely. If 8 years ago a client who remembered himself in his mother’s womb aroused in me a lot of interest, surprise, delight and questions for research and analysis. Today, this is something ordinary, happening by itself in the process, while I am amazed and explore several other things in such an experience. That is, everything that I, as a psychologist and practitioner, used is gradually integrated into the Unified structure of internal Diversity: hypnotic models, cognitive approaches, psychodynamic and humanistic, existential, mystical approaches, etc. In the outside world, all this corresponds to shelves of books accumulated over this time, gigabytes of electronic materials: webinars, books, lectures, seminars; respect from clients who recommend me for our joint experience and results, financial income from consultations, stacks of notebooks, trust from colleagues who discuss cases in their practice with me, materials for writing books, author’s practices and exercises, equipment and devices for conducting classes . Well, you see, we can continue further. Abundance around what I like and am interested in, around what I love to do. All this did not exist 10 years ago. Ease in all this appears as a criterion of compliance. If I follow my nature, know how to listen to the mind of the body through intuition and response, then I get what I correspond to. Then the spiral dynamics of expanding skills, systems of experience and opportunities develop naturally. If I act against my nature, try to be someone else, act according to someone else’s script, then this brings complexity. Even ordinary things become unbearable. Ease is not about the absence of effort. Not at all, when you do what you love, you easily devote your efforts to it. And these can be very difficult, resource-intensive tasks. And on the other hand, if you take on something that is not suitable for you, then even very simple things are extremely difficult.• Prosperity has inertia. In counseling, you often have to deal with scenarios. This is when a certain situation, event is repeated with a certain frequency and a person feels helpless in front of it. He is struggling to change something, but all his attempts are enclosed in a certain scenario, from which it is not always possible to escape. An example of a scenario can be any recurring or chronic, permanent problem: debts, betrayal in relationships, manipulation by family members , a tyrannical boss at different places of work and much more. In Buddhism, this can be called the realization of negative karma. When a sequence of certain causes leads to the consequences of a certain structure given by these causes. And a person wanders in this samsaric cycle of repetitions until he realizes the scenario and the illusory nature of its causes. It is also said about the presence of positive karma, when our merits are expressed in the Good that we receive, similar to the principle “what goes around comes around.” Prosperity , the same positive karma that begins to be realized by inertia, if we are correct and in our movement along the trajectory of life we follow our nature, we improve in this. Such a movement acquires inertia that holds it in prosperity scenarios. These are not fixed things, they are a whole range of options for our well-being, where adjustments can always be made. As an example of such inertia, I will share one more thing from myexperience. Word of mouth. I just do what I like and people who are inspired by our work recommend me on occasion. It happens naturally. And new clients, new students come to me free of charge. Conventionally, because I invested energy of a different nature earlier, this is simply a return. So I did my job, and inertia accumulated. For the last 2 years I have not been involved in the development of social networks, but I bought at least some advertising 5 years ago. And all this time I had a job, I had employment, passion and income. Many specialists are surprised by this information as to how it all worked. This is the result of previous merits - the inertia of the activity that you love. But you should understand that if you do not support or strengthen the inertia, then it gradually fades. For example, word of mouth does not work consistently and does not generate leads, so to speak. It works, great thanks to the world, people, if it doesn’t work, use other possibilities. For example, at the moment, word of mouth in my field has begun to work much worse due to events of global significance. This extinguished the inertia of the process. This leads to another important principle of prosperity. However, before moving on to it, here are some more useful insights for you. The inertia of positive karma, that is, accumulated merit, is exhausted. Inertia gradually fades if we do not support the process and do not develop it. For this reason, often children of rich parents (we remember that wealth is not necessarily a sign of true prosperity) quickly lose their inheritance and squander their parents’ property. What they receive is not their merit, therefore they do not have the strength or knowledge to support the inertia that was not developed by them. Negative karma - suffering, is self-reinforcing. And there is nothing unfair in this. This is banal human egoism, what an immature mind does. A person is inclined to use, spend, and reap the fruits of positive karma. He resists negative karma, and thereby strengthens it. “I don’t want to be poor... I’m afraid that I will be abandoned... I’m tired of this unfair world” and so on. And these charged thoughts reinforce what exists and their consequences, suffering is repeated again and again in some scenario. A man is faced with the rejection of women again and again, reproducing the scenario of his mother’s rejection that has been repressed from his consciousness. And any attempts to resist this again return to it in the new scenery of adult life. What you resist intensifies. This is where the endless teachings about forgiveness, letting go, repentance, and acceptance come from. All this helps to sincerely stop resisting and this leads to the harmonization of life and unraveling knots of tension. My wife and I even laughed about this. She says: “Oh, it turns out that if you resist prosperity, it will also increase?!” Haha. And yes, this happens, by the way. But we can hardly talk here about genuine prosperity and happiness. It’s just that something sticks to a person that makes him sick, some generally accepted valuable opportunities and resources. He sincerely does not want this, he is cold, but it haunts him. It’s like sometimes you strive for something with all your might and you can’t get it for a long time. Then you get disappointed, turn away and it comes by itself. But it’s no longer necessary. Funny games with a mirror of the world... However, about this another time, let's not get distracted. • Prosperity is supported by balanced development. Everything is quite simple, the world is constantly changing. Its stability at certain periods is just an illusion. It’s just that sometimes changes are extensive, occur gradually, and sometimes they explode reality, shake everything up and turn it upside down. Strong shocks change the energy structure of the world. And the energy of inertia of some theme of prosperity, encountering obstacles, new conditions, can completely fade away (although it sometimes intensifies when meeting supporting conditions). Balanced development implies several lines, themes along which inertia has accumulated. Let’s say it’s useful for me as a psychologist for clients to find me not only!
