In the history of mankind there have been plenty of laws of various stripes and levels. From Christ’s Ten Commandments to the “Charter of the Builder of Communism”... But just as you can’t live without traffic rules on the road, so in life you can’t be guided by legal substitute concepts. Because, just like in traffic, the laws and rules of true life are written in the blood of those who have broken them. Deepak Chopra (American, Indian origin, physician, world-renowned leader in the field of mind-body medicine and human performance. Author of many best-selling books Currently, D. Chopra is the executive director of the Institute of Mind-Body Medicine and Human Performance at the Emergency Medicine Center in San Diego, California) in his book “The SEVEN SPIRITUAL LAWS OF SUCCESS” (A Practical Guide to Making Your Dreams Come True) described the basic laws of human life and rules for their implementation. 1. So, central and as if connecting everything together, is the law of Dharma or Destination (Path, Meaning and Service). It is implemented simply and complexly, at the same time in the form of three rules: - Discovering your true “I”; - Finding and expressing your own talent; - Serving Humanity, the World and God. The first rule says that in our lives we must first open your four “earthly” First “I” (Ego, Personality, Individuality and Self), as well as two already “not-I” - Heavenly or Divine - Essence and Soul. The second rule is that in each of We have a unique talent. But only those who have discovered it in themselves and used it are truly capable of making a work of art out of their lives and creating a truly reasonable, good, eternal... The third rule says that no matter what position in this world you hold (whatever did not fulfill the role), it is only Service that will give you the opportunity to rise and reach Heaven. And only those who have understood and implemented this are able, having started life as a simple pawn, to finish the Great Chess Game of Life, at least with a queen... And right away I would like to offer you a mini-exercise, namely, write all possible answers to the following two questions :If money didn't bother you anymore and you had all the time and all the money in the world, what would you do? (If you continued to do what you are doing now, then you are in the Dharma because you have a passion for what you do and you express your unique talent). How could I best serve humanity? 2. The second, more local law - Potentialization - directly says that the potential of each of us is very high. But this law is revealed only to those who do something to reveal it. And, since not all of us purposefully and purposefully engage in spiritual and energy practices, for our own potentialization it may be quite enough to follow not very complex rules. Namely: - Silence (at least a couple of hours a day); Meditation, at least in the form of awareness of what you hear, see, feel during this very period of silence; Prayers (well, at least “Lord, have mercy, save and enlighten me, a sinner...). - Constant communication with living nature. - Practice of total non-judgment of everyone and everything, everything and everyone. 3. The third law is Gifts, which suggests that in order to receive something, you must give and give. But to give away not money and material values, but truly the gifts of life... - Therefore, the first rule, try to make sure that for every person who comes into contact with you, you definitely have a small gift: a smile, a kind word, a compliment...;- Don’t forget and don’t get tired of thanking yourself, others, the world and God for the miracle of life Here-and-Now, as well as for all the blessings and salvation There-and-Then; began silently wishing everyone joy, happiness and success.4. The fourth law is Cause and Effect (Law of Karma). Its essence is this: it is you (you and only you), as well as your…
