The way we live - our life scenarios - we chose before the age of three, and before the age of seven we finally believed in them and consolidated them. That is, we live, do something, choose someone, strive somewhere, but it turns out, We made this choice at an unreasonable age, when, in fact, we could not make it deliberately, when we did not even know how to speak... A small child chooses how to act based on the circumstances, this is his best strategy for survival at the moment of choice. As teenagers, we have a chance to rewrite our script, but this doesn’t always work out. When we are adults, we simply exist in it, that’s all. And then suddenly, at the age of 25-30 (it’s different for everyone), we understand that something wrong is happening to us. We choose the wrong ones, we live with the wrong ones, we cannot break through the wall that seems to surround us... And then everyone goes their own way. Some turn to work or alcoholism in order to drown out that state inside, that emptiness when “everything is wrong”, some binge eat, some buy tons of things that they then don’t wear. And someone is trying to figure it out and break this scenario in order to go their real way. For me, the choice is obvious - psychology is what will help you cope and get out. I am a psychologist to the core, even when I wasn’t officially one yet. If you want to understand what to do next, go to a psychologist, find “your one” based on reviews or internal response. And be prepared for the fact that changing your life is also work, sometimes a little easier, sometimes harder. You can work with scenarios in different ways. You can go to a transactional analyst and he will lead you on his own special path. You can go to a specialist who works with the birth system. You can find a psychoanalyst. Or you can work through psychosomatic kinesiology. It just sounds and seems like something strange and unusual, related to body therapy or kinesiology. In fact, there is very little work with the body there. And psychosomatics is not the main thing that a psychosomatic kinesiologist works with. This is psychotherapy. The main thing is that if you decide to go your own way, do not retreat, no matter how difficult it is. And then in a few years, looking back, you will understand how right you were when you chose yourself... I invite you to a consultation on psychosomatic kinesiology. It will be unusual and interesting. I am a gentle and careful therapist and the maternal part of me is very strong. To sign up, write on social networks.
