The goal must be specific, have a measurable end result, that is, we must know exactly by what criteria we will know that we have achieved the goal. The goal must be achievable at a given time and under given conditions. And finally, you need a specific deadline within which the goal must be achieved. Resources are what will help you solve the problem. Who can help you solve this problem? What do you need for the problem to be resolved? What is still missing to achieve results? Where and how can you get what is still missing? Have you ever encountered similar situations before? What helped you cope then? Is it possible to use some experience from your past life?
