It would seem that there could be a simpler answer than the answer to this question. “Yes, I’m alive, and this is already different from the dead, I’m alive,” many will say, but... There are practically no people who have no one to visit in the cemetery, Death is a part of our Life and in the process of life’s journey - from time to time our relatives leave us , relatives, friends, those who are connected with us in a special way, I also have such people. I was recently at a cemetery, walking there, watching how giant pine trees tower over this space, as if protecting from above those who found their last refuge here, listening to the wind and the sounds of blossoming Nature, which is beautiful everywhere, even where human life has ended, I remembered the words of a song, a simple, kind and easy song, you can listen to it below. So, in Russian, those words sound something like this: “ There is only one Life to live, one Love to give...” And then I caught myself thinking that I know a huge number of seemingly living people who do not live, but live their days, survive in them, endure and suffer, who do not love and do not give love, do not even believe in it and do not know, that she exists. The question arose naturally: how do such people, physically alive, differ from the dead, from those whom we come to visit in the cemetery? The answer came instantly and sounded with a piercing echo: Nothing... And it’s true. Yes, there are many reasons that one way or another limit our freedom and opportunities, and not everything depends solely on us, but suffering, torment, loneliness, lack of love is a choice, albeit an unconscious one for many, but a choice. Because, only the dead have no choice, to live or not to live, to love or not to love, but all living (but not always living) have such a choice! And every day, every moment in which you choose not to live, but to suffer, endure and not to love - you are no different from the dead. Ask and try to hear the inner answer: Do you want to live? Do you want to love and be loved? What are you doing for this? Think about what those loved ones you visit from time to time at the cemetery would want for you... hear within yourself their answer, their wishes. Only one Life to live and only one Love to give... the simplest is often the deepest, remember this, feel it and... choose. Choose Life while you are still alive, choose Love, because Life is given for it. Using this dance movement technique, you can remind yourself that you are still alive.
