Our consciousness at each period of time is in one of these time dimensions. We are either influenced by past experiences or we draw mental pictures of our future plans. We are in the present only when we consciously begin to perform some activity, or, as yogis say, to observe the existence of life. Now it is fashionable to talk about how important it is to live in the present, that the past cannot be returned, and we do not know what the future will be. And, as the song says: “there is only a moment between the past and the future...”. Therefore, it is important to enjoy life now. But there may also be a trap for us here. Because ultimately, such a mood can help you both take responsibility for your life and, conversely, lose this responsibility. In the first case, we begin to think, “is this what I do in life?” Or “Am I putting enough effort into what I would like to do?” Or do I devote enough time and attention to my loved ones?" In the second case, you can simply sing this song during a feast with or without reason, you can easily break off relationships and enter into new ones, without caring about the feelings of another person, this is how things are done crimes, when this cause-and-effect relationship is dulled inside, where there is always a future and there are consequences. So how can you really live this life not in vain? After all, even sometimes good motives are so difficult to realize in the present. For some reason, there are always a lot of “Buts”. But all we need is to start soberly assessing our past and our future. What does it mean to soberly assess our past? This means being able to analyze our past experience, being able to see our mistakes. If we don’t do this, then we have a high chance of making mistakes. now we are on the same rake. We are waiting for a miracle, sometimes not realizing that a miracle can happen only in ourselves. By making the right conclusions with the desire to learn to show the best qualities of our character, we make the present more conscious and happy. But what does it mean to evaluate your future? If we know nothing about him, if we can only assume and make plans? As I already said, in the future we will always face the consequences of our current choices, which we can only predict to some extent. But we can say with complete confidence (may the impressionable reader forgive me!!!) that old age and death await us all. This realization can cause inner pain and fear. Fear that “I won’t exist”, fear of losing everything and fear of the unknown. It is this deepest experience that makes you lose awareness in the present. But there is a way out. Those areas of life that are beyond the boundaries of our empirical experience have already been described by ancient scientists, whose works I use in my practice. This allows you to look at the situation from a completely different perspective, which is inaccessible to our eyes. And in this regard, I once again want to give an example of an ancient work, where the hero finds himself in a situation where the future seems hopeless for him. When he finds himself face to face with death and his hands give up. But by the last chapter, his consciousness returns to him, and with all his strength and enthusiasm he makes the right choice in his present. This work is called Bhagavad Gita, the great song of life. And since it’s New Year’s Eve, I’m happy to give gifts to everyone, those who definitely want their life to become conscious and happy! Write in the comments and this wonderful book will be yours!
