The main goal of the work of any psychologist/consultant/therapist is to improve a person’s quality of life. Each of us experiences many feelings every day, very different: good or bad. Now imagine a life in which unpleasant feelings: feelings of irritation, anxiety, internal discomfort, dissatisfaction and resentment are the least of your worries. Of course, you can simply live according to the usual pattern, as many of us and our friends live: work, home, meeting friends on weekends. But the world is changing, the level of culture of society is growing. Now visiting the dentist once every six months has become the norm; we do not drive ourselves to obesity and muscle atrophy, but sign up for the gym to be healthy. If we take the time to work on our appearance, then why not work on our inner world? There is no need to wait until obvious problems appear to turn to a psychologist. The capabilities of the human brain are limited, and if now half of the energy is spent on thinking and experiencing the same thoughts, digesting emotions, then when consciousness is freed, you will be able to direct this energy to something else channel The life of a person living in harmony with himself becomes much more productive. Someone finds the job of their dreams because a confident person makes a more favorable impression and it is easier for him to get a position. Someone opens their own business because their fears go away. Someone finds their other half because they are freed from the burden of past negative experiences. Of course, to achieve this, you need to do serious work. But, after all, when we go on a diet, for example, we don’t expect instant results. A month or two should pass before noticeable changes occur, and for the results to remain sustainable, working on yourself should become a way of life. It’s the same here: it takes time to feel change. In one or two meetings it is impossible to solve problems that often bother us for weeks and months; tasks that have been forming for decades have grown with us. Sometimes it just takes time to solve a problem. As Warren Buffett once said, “Even if you are very talented and try hard, some results just take time: you won't get a baby in a month even if you get nine women pregnant.” Analyzing yourself, your personality and your life is not simple, and this is not for everyone, but only for those who are ready for serious work, who strive for a better life, harmony with themselves. Having gone through this difficult path, you will be able to gain freedom, make the right choice, be aware of your feelings and their origins, and understand yourself on a deeper level. The time and money spent on your own analysis is worth it to live the rest of your life the way you want it. Psychoanalysis is an investment not only in yourself, but also in your family, your children and even grandchildren; psychoanalysis is an investment in your future.
