There is a popular saying: “My tongue is my enemy.” Sometimes this can turn out to be literal. Have you ever wondered what phrases and words you use in a given situation? But it may happen that the words you utter can turn against you. Our brain is a “mechanism” filled with all kinds of programs and attitudes throughout our lives. We give a command to our brain and our subconscious finds a similar one and quickly executes it. You can give a lot of examples. When I was a schoolgirl, my mother constantly told me: “Put on a hat, otherwise you’ll catch a cold.” I was often sick, even putting on a hat. The fear of catching a cold “settled” in my mind. As I grew older and understood, I gradually freed myself from unnecessary attitudes and have not worn a hat for a long time. What do we do to ourselves. When we are angry or angry, we can, without thinking at all, throw very offensive, as it seems to us, words to another person: “You make me sick..”, “I can’t digest it at all..”, “Yes, I have your instructions already sitting in the liver..”, “My heart is bleeding...”, “But my eyes wouldn’t look at you and see you..”, “Resentment has already strangled me..”, “How it pains me to look at this ..”, “My brain is exploding, melting...”, “My head is spinning..”, “I’m fed up with your conversations.. (and the head is cut off from the body in the throat area with all my fingers. Isn’t it so). Is the Russian language rich? I’m no longer giving examples here of when people simply say a word, for example, a terrifying saying: “Well, it’s like brain cancer,” etc. These phrases, words, no matter how strange it may seem to you, are destructive for our body, organism and health in general. Our subconscious does not understand our jokes, but takes everything literally! With these statements we attract illnesses and troubles into our lives, as if we “place” an order, and then we wonder where it comes from. .There are a lot of phrases and words that affect behavioral qualities, a lot has already been written about them, “I can’t do this...”, “I will never succeed in this,” etc., tying myself hand and foot, We limit ourselves in our capabilities, we set barriers for ourselves. It’s also very “cute” to hear people say about their life: “My dog’s life”, “My life is crap”... or even worse. At the slightest trouble, you often hear the exclamation: “Well, that’s it, trouble has come - open the gate" or "Trouble does not come alone", thereby further aggravating the current situation. The energy that we emit ourselves returns to us. Separately, I would like to say about the so “beloved” and unsurpassed Russian “folklore”, popularly called obscenities, that is, profanity. If we turn to the origins of the emergence of swear words, we can find out that the first they were mentioned in birch bark documents of Veliky Novgorod, dating back to the twelfth century. These notes spoke of swear words used to describe women of unworthy behavior. With the advent of Orthodoxy in Rus', war was declared on swearing, even to the point of punishing foul language by lashing. But it was never possible to completely eradicate pagan customs and swear words in society. Mat left the society of nobles and Orthodox Christians, but remained among the smerds and slaves. Just a hundred years ago, a noble man who swore in a public place would receive an “invitation” to the police station, and not for a cup of coffee. The revolution of 1917 significantly changed the qualitative composition of Russian society, and swearing stepped out of the barracks and drinking establishments onto the streets of villages and cities. At that time, it was believed that if a leader speaks the same language as the proletariat, then this is a sign of equality and trust. He’s “on board”! But that's not what we're talking about. As they say, whoever remembers the old.... I won’t go any further. Scientists at the Institute of Quantum Genetics conducted research on the effect of swearing on the human body and found that the use of swear words affects human DNA in a similar way to radiation exposure. Three years of research have shown that our DNA “has ears”.............
