Everything is in motion. It is always there: inside our body and outside, because life is alive. Life is a flow, but do we know how to swim? We know how to grab the helm and persistently try to steer the ship to the coveted and desired point on the shore, where complete shipwreck awaits it (but we don’t know this and continue to insist on our own) But it turns out that it was possible to relax and gently float with the flow on the strength of a tailwind. Yes! That was also possible! You could relax and let the flow of life carry you: easily, freely, in the rhythm of the waves. The waves are alive outside. The waves are alive inside our body. Harmony is in their coincidence. Harmony is in our ability to synchronize them with each other. And now you have already taken the wave, you are on the crest, and you really don’t want to go back down - you cling to circumstances, and this is already tension, spasm! Your breath is taken away, but you hold on: stress is chronic, My heart hurts, I feel short of breath, I lost sleep. The blood in your veins has frozen, but you stand your ground: varicose veins, swelling, pain and numbness in your legs and arms. The intestines no longer work, they keep everything to themselves and for themselves - “I won’t give it to me, what’s mine”: constipation and a constant feeling of heaviness. Energy does not flow through the spasm, the flow of life stops in the body. And you are no longer able to see other waves, you “flew out” of the flow, “fell out” of the space of options. It’s as if you’re trying to pull this space over yourself, you’re in a hurry and nervously adjusting life to suit you. But she doesn’t like it! So try to relax! Nature itself provides a mechanism for entering the flow state. It's called relaxation. He relaxed, unclenched his teeth, released the spasms on his face, exhaled the tension from his muscles - breathing ventilation started working, fluids flowed through the vessels, life returned to the body. This is how life itself tells you through the body: when to catch a wave, when to let go, when to wait for the next one. Just sit and watch the waves go by in streams. Which one is yours? The space of options in calmness: in the ability to wait for your wave and be ready to rise with it - easily and freely. But for this it is necessary that the flows inside the body are also alive. If you do not argue with life, do not resist, listen to yourself and your body, trust its signals (the body never lies) and respond to them in time, then the external flow becomes an extension of you, your thoughts and intentions. Simply because you yourself are the flow from the inside. The fluids inside the body are in motion. The circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory and excretory systems are healthy and circulate, interacting with the outside world. They accept “fuel,” sort and process it, ridding us of everything unnecessary and toxic. And in a healthy body, as they say, there is a healthy spirit, which gives birth to meaning and creative ideas on how to make life as interesting and fulfilling as possible. In a healthy body, eyes glow and energy flows. Energy is about the desire to live! And when Life itself sees the sparkle in our eyes, it reciprocates our feelings! It is this resonance that is called “living in the flow”: when we are tuned from within to the desired frequency and allow the flow to take care of ourselves!
