 Now I would like to talk about fears in pregnancy. This is a state when you worry about many people, when even simple things and phenomena can cause tension, anxiety and fear. You worry about how the child is developing, and is everything okay, and what is possible and what is not, and how to eat, and how to walk, and what about the tests, and if there are such sensations in the body - what is it? And many many others. And when the time comes to resolve the burden, that’s a different story. So what do nice women do? From my experience, ladies watch TV and get scared, look for information on the Internet and get scared, talk to each other, and get scared again. I thought a lot about what kind of mechanism this is? Many people repeat it. And so, thinking about this topic, I thought that it was all for a reason. Still, nature has arranged for us quite wisely; the main thing is to understand what you are doing. So, I thought that it is impossible to protect yourself from something without knowing the information. And information can be obtained when something becomes important. One important aspect may be fear. When you get scared, you immediately start doing something. You immediately look for people who will help, or you build your world so that everything is fine. A pregnant woman does the same. Only very often, not everyone completes this useful mechanism. It happens that you get scared and hide. Not everyone can be scared and act. That's all the information that gets into the head of a pregnant woman, often paralyzing. All that remains is to get out of this state of paralysis and begin to act. To begin with, at least just understand that not everything we hear and read applies directly to us. This is just information. Start cutting off what is unnecessary and use what you need. Pregnancy is a good experience for the future, how to build your safety and the safety of your baby. Nature gave us a chance to learn to take care in advance.
