Quite often, moving along some country road, I observe the same picture: there is a car parked at the side of the road, the car owner is standing next to him and...sorry, he is peeing. Right in the middle of a white day, in front of everyone passing by. Do you think there is no toilet nearby? Yes, he is everywhere! After all, there is a forest all around. And there are stationary toilets, all gas stations are equipped with them. And once my husband and I chuckled at another, already mass spectacle: several of these car owners formed a line on the side of the road and, sweetly talking to each other, relieved themselves in front of everyone. Just a session of exhibitionism! This reminded me of something. Ah-ah-ah, of course! The heroes of cheap imported film products seem to often suffer from urinary incontinence, because throughout the entire film the words “I need to go take a leak” are heard as a refrain. And since the heroes of films behave this way, as a rule, they are very, very positive, then that’s cool! And so do you need it! After all, the favorite instinct of such imitators is imitation. Yes, this is a child’s instinct, and when adults show it, at best it speaks of infantility, and at worst... I don’t want to scare anyone))). Colleagues know, and non-psychologists may have heard, that in our psyche, according to Freud's theory, there is a basement where the lower unconscious lives. Inferior - not because it is bad. But because it is the earliest, the oldest, the uncontrollable. Instincts live here. They do not obey the arguments of reason, but are reproduced automatically, implementing natural programs - for survival, reproduction, for avoiding danger, for repelling aggression. Consequently, all physiological programs - the need for food, sex, for excreting waste residues - are also from here, from this floor . Much has been written about the higher unconscious by Freud’s student Roberto Assagioli, a psychotherapist and author of Psychosynthesis. By the Higher we always assume something sublime, spiritually oriented. But in this case, by analogy with the lower (more precisely, by contrast), the higher is simply a later, and therefore evolutionarily more advanced mental formation (after all, the lower floor is laid first , and then, after a while, the top one). And the main criterion that determines the difference between floors is the presence or absence of will! In other words: those mental functions that live on the top floor are controlled by a person! And this distinguishes him from animals. Let's return to our life story. Now is the time for celebration! Celebrations of the lower floor! Kissing in public places is not kissing, it is part of the act of copulation! And if you want to see its completion, go to some popular body of water, for example, in Bezlyudovka (near Kharkov, where I live). There everything will happen right before your eyes and the eyes of your children, on beach mattresses in an absolutely visible pine grove. God forbid that a child wants to go into the shade! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against hugs, kisses, sex and all that pleasant and valuable stuff! I’m very much for it! But I’m puzzled by the transfer of this unconditional valuable gift of nature from a private zone to a public one! And I’m also alarmed by a process similar to dehumanization, a movement along the evolutionary ladder back towards primates! As a result, this leads to the destruction of the upper floor of the psyche (it’s called, we built and built...)! Working with teenagers as a practicing psychologist, I know what severe disappointment and fatal loneliness can result from such a picture of the world, where physical intimacy is separated from emotional and mental, where relationships between men and women are devoid of intimacy and sacredness, where modesty becomes synonymous with weakness and inferiority (note that modesty also belongs to higher mental formations, animals do not experience it). If everything is so physiological, unpretentious, straightforward and simplified, then in the human world everything is like that of animals, nothing more. However, I don’t want to offend animals))) With respect to animals and people)
