If you have observed similar weaknesses in yourself before, and you notice another glutton and cannot stop it, try to react to it a little differently: Allow yourself to glutton! - Horrible? How can this be resolved? - Just allow it and that’s it! Allow yourself to eat whatever you want and as much as you want - but only for a limited time, for example a week.
