“We climb up a rock, we want to get to the peak, We groan, sniffle and toil, we are afraid to fall down” E. Burda When you climb up a rock, you need to find different ways every time to reach holds and stay on it - from the simplest to the most difficult. Without special training, without working with a trainer, you can only climb in the way familiar from childhood - like on a ladder. But a rock is not a ladder, where all the steps follow each other. Therefore, a coach is needed who will provide support during the ascent and suggest possible ways to climb the rock. The main task of a person who dreams of climbing rocks is to learn to think outside the box and not only see paths that he has not seen before, but also be able to adapt each time to a new route…. So the path through life is like climbing a cliff - there are many ways to move through life, some methods are given to us by the people around us while we grow, some we ourselves acquire with experience. But these familiar, tried and tested methods do not always work, and then you need to be able to find a new method that is most suitable for a particular situation. If you only focus on the old ways, then you may never reach a new level of life and remain in a state of dissatisfaction and incompleteness that you could never reach your peak. A psychologist is like a climbing coach - he is close to the client and together with him he looks for new ways and paths. And here it is also important not only to find new ways, but also to adapt them each time to changing living conditions……..
