In psychological counseling, I increasingly meet women for whom it is important to prove themselves not only as a mother, wife or daughter, but also to declare themselves as an accomplished specialist in their field. More and more women are striving not to depend on their husbands financially; many have a desire to earn a decent living. There are a lot of options for realizing oneself and the abilities that are inherent in us by nature; you just need to decide which one will be comfortable and sufficient for you personally: Someone dreams make money from a hobby, and the amount of earnings is not so important here. Some are delighted with freelancing. Others strive for scale in their own business. And the next set their goal as a career in hiring. Today I want to talk about at what stages women usually have difficulties, how they can manifest themselves and discuss their character. I can divide the path of a woman’s realization in her business into 3 conventional stages: The first stage, or the so-called “first step”. Here a woman feels the need to prove herself not only through stereotypical female roles (mother, wife, daughter) : she also has a desire to realize herself in some field of activity. An internal desire appears to get to know oneself, one’s talents, abilities, to become independent, self-sufficient and to benefit other people - for each there will be its own meaning. The tasks that confront her at this stage: to get to know oneself, to understand “What is really do I really want to? "decide on a business to your liking, which lights you up, gives you the opportunity to show your talents and potential, earn a decent living, decide to start doing something that evokes an internal response. The next stage is “statement about yourself." A woman knows what business lights her up and she already has a certain level of income. At this stage, she is faced with the need to somehow declare to others her determination to develop further in her business and the desire to reach certain heights. Here she is faced with these types of tasks: announcing herself and her business to a larger, unfamiliar, sometimes even expert audience; solving questions about promotion in position or salary if a woman works for hire, here we include the problem with the notorious “financial ceiling.” And the third stage is when the woman faces the question of expansion and additional responsibility. Here the tasks are: recruiting and managing a team, employees, own projects, expansion of the company , your business, the task of managing large incomes, investments, investments. At each of these three stages, we invariably encounter resistance to change, which one way or another results in sabotage of our development. It can manifest itself in different ways: Suddenly a fever / headache / malaise rises - and precisely at those moments when you need to take specific actions There is not enough time Just for some reason “unlucky” “I’m fighting, but the money and clients don’t come” Someone is always then he’s “sitting” Interesting vacancies pass by The boss doesn’t seem to hear every time when it comes to raising wages, etc. If a woman does not solve this kind of problem first within herself, then there is a danger of being “stuck” for a long time at any of the listed stages. By the way, often everything stops at the very first step. Further, the lack of development is accompanied by dissatisfaction with oneself and irritation at external circumstances, which for some reason do not turn out the way we would like. Over time, these states smoothly flow into self-criticism and end with disappointment in oneself. And the whole point is that at each of the listed stages we are blocked by certain emotions, complexes and traumas. Their roots go back to distant childhood or even deeper - to the ancestral system. What to do if you feel that there is potential, but you cannot achieve your desired goals? First of all, stop and analyze at what stage in the development of your business you are now? What is your goal? What would you like to achieve in the end? Next, we move on to working with sabotage. Unfortunately, independent work here has practically no visible results..
