Many of us strive for control. Control gives us a feeling of omnipotence and through this we gain “our valuable ability to control events and our own lives.” We build our reality and it seems logical to us, only there are no other options.” However, it is difficult for us to realize that we limit ourselves to the narrow confines of a corridor. It is generally difficult for a person to be honest with himself! We are afraid to admit to ourselves that we are limiting ourselves. This will break our fictional reality. Control is expressed through our demands - in relation to ourselves and the world around us. Such people, living under internal control, often experience anger and irritation when events become spontaneous. Anger is compensation for the fear of losing omnipotence. Internal mechanisms react to the perceived threat, pushing us back into the narrow corridors of the rules that we create for ourselves. In this state, it is difficult to accept something new or change your lifestyle. Relaxation and flexibility are not luxuries! Think of our potential as the home in which we live. However, instead of a decent home, a person limits himself to a spacious storage room. This strict control becomes part of our personality, creating a world that we are trying to legalize. Devaluation, as part of the controlling personality, helps us well with this. So, despite the difficulties that we can solve, openly with you, this is a decisive path to human movement and the ability to find oneself in difficult situations. Inner freedom comes when we give ourselves the determination to be human, imperfect, but real. Liberation from this eternal struggle with control requires awareness and acceptance. Allowing yourself to live outside of narrow boundaries means giving yourself the chance to make other decisions and possibilities. Control in adulthood should not be a dictator, but an advisor who will help us navigate, but not be limited. Help open the doors of your closet. Stop fighting for sudden omnipotence and start enjoying life.
