Modern psychologists-scientists count up to 28 such parental messages/prohibitions on happiness! Research and expansion of the list continues. I remember how in the early 90s I myself “went to the bottom” of misfortune and “laid around” there out of self-pity and the belief that nothing could be corrected, changed, etc. at some point I physically felt how tired I was from this “eternal” grief, as it seemed then. And to the internal question: “How to become happy?” - from somewhere also from within and from Above came a hypnotic answer: “Just be!” - At that moment, at some corner of my consciousness, I realized that this was the voice of the Soul - that part of me that, as an eternal immortal, remembers the original state of happiness. And I just began to notice good things in the bus window, in puddles of rain, in daisies on the side of the road, etc. Two months later I met a friend who bombarded me with a barrage of questions like: “Well, how do you manage to glow with happiness and smile when everyone is sitting on the bus so gloomy and miserable? The country has collapsed, there are crowds of unemployed, but are you doing well? Are they paid? Are you lucky with your husband? .To all her questions, I shook my head as a sign instead of answering “No.” Against the backdrop of the death of a loved one and the despair experienced that nothing could be changed, these questions from a friend sounded like “sobering pills.” The brain launched a comparative analysis, separating the bad episodes of life from the good. As a result, my whole life flashed before my eyes according to the scheme: “Unhappy Life Scenario” - as option 1 on the left; “Happy Life Scenario” - as option 2 on the right. And then, as if on a scale, I saw and felt that everything depends on what you classify as bad and what you classify as good - that will outweigh, life will turn there, or rather, we ourselves turn it. Then I decided: “From now on I go only to happiness!” Returning from work, where once again they did not give me a salary, to a rented apartment with a toilet on the street, in which my 10-year-old daughter with a heart defect was waiting for me at that time, I walked and smiled.... I was glad that I was alive and life went on. And she said to herself like a prayer: “I’m fed up with misfortune! Enough!!! From now on I go only to happiness!” My state during these 2 months, when I trained myself to notice and smile at the good, the determination to “roll up my sleeves” and work on happiness, changed dramatically and energy appeared instead of apathy. I so wanted to LIVE, no matter how much sweat it costs. There was an auto-correction of two parental messages: “Don’t live!” and “The woman is a martyr!” - to “LIVE!” and “BE HAPPY.” Thus the feeling of happiness returned. The rest of his attributes, especially in material form, were “molded” with his own hands, and the sculpting process itself also brought and continues to bring happiness, which since 2005.
