The energy of the Earth is always aimed at specific earthly tasks, its result is always visible (be it running a household or organizing a business). Harmonious relationships with this element also give us joy from simple earthly pleasures: the joy of feeling in your body, from movements, from sex, from massage, in the end, just from feeling alive! There are several ways to fill the Earth with energy. Below I present simple options that do not require special training and can be easily done without the help of a specialist. However, when used regularly, these techniques give a very good and powerful effect.1. Body Physical exercise is generally useful for activating the Earth. Be it sports, exercise, dancing, etc. However, there are exercises that ground especially well. - “Grounding” is a well-known exercise by A. Lowen. Stand with your feet about 25 centimeters apart and your toes turned inward so as to slightly stretch your gluteal muscles. Bend forward and touch the floor with the fingers of both hands, as shown in the figure. Knees slightly bent. All body weight should be on your feet, do not put it on your hands. Relax your neck as much as possible, let your head hang freely. Breathe freely and deeply through your mouth. Watch your breathing carefully. For the duration of the experiment, forget about breathing through your nose. Allow your body weight to “flow” forward so that it falls on the front of your feet. Your heels may lift off the floor a little, but only a little. Gently straighten your legs until your hamstrings are stretched. The legs should not straighten completely. Hold this position for about a minute. One of the indications that the exercise is being performed correctly is the feeling of vibration in the legs. Perform 2 times a day. - “Conscious walking” Despite its apparent simplicity, this exercise is incredibly effective when used regularly. Its essence is simple: when walking, you need to direct all your attention to the soles of your feet, so that every step becomes conscious and with every step you feel contact with the ground. It goes without saying that the pace of walking should not be fast. There is no need to stop your train of thought, just “switch to stop.” Perform as often as possible. - Exercises of 1 chakra. In addition to the feet, the element of earth in our body is connected with the 1st center (chakra). Location: end of the spine, between the tailbone and genitals. Sense organ: smell. Desires: security. Feeling: patience. Energy color: red. Element: earth. I will not dwell in detail on the exercises for activating 1 chakra, because... You can easily find them on the Internet. Training of intimate muscles (as an option, Heckel’s gymnastics) is especially good for 1 center. -Massage + bath procedures A lot can be said about the benefits of massage. And it will still not be enough :) Yes, yes. Nothing brings you back to your body like a massage. And if you also use a bathhouse, then the effect of 100% grounding is guaranteed) 2. Visualization One of the ways to awaken the energy of the earth occurs through acceptance. This idea is very colorfully conveyed by the image of Mother Earth. She accepts everything, absorbs everything, she allows the seed to grow in her. This is the art of Mother Earth, which perhaps it would be useful for no one to master. If events do not turn out the way we would like and this cannot be changed, then it’s time to “turn on” Mother Earth, i.e. imagine yourself as a land that accepts everything that falls into it, gives a place to everything. And, mind you, this does not weaken you at all. If you need stability, confidence and composure, then it is very useful to feel like a mountain. (only!;)
