The greatest gift we can give ourselves is to live here and now. Every moment of our life is unique and inimitable, every moment gives us such endless love, a sea of ​​new sensations and impressions, captivates us and stretches our life in time, because the main thing is to believe in the moment that you are living right now. Whatever the situation you find yourself in, no matter how difficult and scary it may seem to you, when you return to the here and now, you feel whole, you feel God and his manifestations within you. There is no God in the past, just as there is no God in the future. What is the past - the memory of past experiences, what is the future - expectations determined by my limitations. Nothing happens later, nothing happens once, everything happens only here and now. There is no future and no past, this is a big illusion in our three-dimensional world. Our whole life is a big illusion!!! We build our lives on what does not exist, we live through tragedies so deeply and hard, we suffer because we believe that they exist! There are no tragedies on earth, however, just like comedies. Everything we experience is colored by the feeling or emotion with which we entered into this event. Remember, when you go on vacation and you find good company, you have fun, what impression do you have of the country you visited? - “What a wonderful country!” And how do you feel about the country in which you spent a dark time? - No, I won’t go there again! What is there to do in this Greece (Italy, America..:)). Our life reflects us, our feelings, our lives in a certain period of time. Even at home it’s nice to sit when “the birds are singing” in your soul, but sometimes it’s unbearable and you want to run away. But you can’t run away from yourself!!! Nowhere!!! Maybe it’s the other way around - try to look into yourself, maybe not turn away and run away, but allow yourself to become in this moment who you really are right now? Maybe you are angry, resentful, aggressive right now? Maybe joy or lightness? Maybe you are afraid or anxious? Or maybe light and love? Open yourself up to yourself!!! No one is spying on you, from whom are you hiding all this? Who are you hiding your real self from? From yourself, trying to APPEAR good? Then you won’t be able to BE happy, because you only SEEM to be!!! Look into your here and now, stay there for at least a minute, and you will see how you flow, how your life moves from one state to another, shimmering with all the colors of the rainbow, creating the most beautiful pattern of sensations in your soul, and how beautiful you are, manifesting yourself in any condition, in different sensations and feelings, how free you are to be everything that GOD is!!! THAT YOU ARE GOD!!!
