Notes on miasma We rely on our own knowledge and on the knowledge accumulated by humanity in a particular area. By expanding the circle of our knowledge, we can do more. We can treat as much as we know and can. Knowledge of miasmatic portraits in homeopathy helps to better understand the person who comes to us for therapy. The concept of miasms, the classification of miasms, their portraits, allow us to look at the patient from a different angle. We can predict, which is very important in itself. Homeopathy enriches psychotherapy and other medical disciplines, and provides great opportunities in understanding a person and in therapy. Psorik – “child”. He is more often than others dependent on other people's opinions. If he has his own opinion, he will not zealously defend it, he will agree more quickly. He is delicate. He uses interrogative sentences more often. He expects help from others. He needs “tutelage” and support. He remains more in the shadows, although he may know and be able to do more than others, but his uncertainty and natural timidity make him so. The psorik thinks, does less. He may feel guilty. He does not lecture, it is difficult for him to take responsibility, more often he is a follower. All this relates to the principle of insufficiency. Sikotik - “adult”. He is looking for profit. He's a hoarder. "Dealer". He will prove that he is right, even when he himself knows that he is wrong. He doesn't stand on ceremony. He does not feel guilty; on the contrary, he accuses, teaches, instructs. He is often the leader. The sycotic is working. He is full of energy, enterprising, active. He loves noisy companies. He needs to prove himself, show himself and his acquisitions. He's boastful. All this correlates with the principle of redundancy. Syphiliny - “completion”. Destructive, deformed, perverted. It is characterized by extreme manifestations. He can be stupid and brilliant. But the important thing is that his abilities are aimed at destruction. If in a psoric person they are more aimed at reflection, in a sycotic person they are aimed at actions, at accumulation, then in a syphilin person they are aimed at deformation and destruction. The psorik does not like to quarrel, to prove something, he is an introvert, the sycotic will argue, prove, swear, and the syphilinian will not just swear, he will fight, destroy. Whatever emotion, thought, action, reaction we take, all these manifestations can be arranged according to miasma. And knowing the main signs of miasms, we can determine to which miasm certain manifestations of a person belong, and, what is important, we can assume the further dynamics of what we see, hear, and feel when communicating with the patient. And in this world live psoric, sycotic and syphilinium. And they coexist and interact. But how? Peace. Without psorics, the world would be boring, too rational and immoral. Without their philosophy, sometimes fruitless, he would have lost his colors. Colors of naivety, childhood. Without sycotics, psorics and syphilitics would not have grown wheat, which, after processing, is consumed by everyone in the form of bread. Without syphilitics, no one would have “blew up” this world, there would be no discoveries, there would not be such a rapid, spasmodic movement forward. These are rebels who want to achieve the absolute through destruction, just as the psoric wants to achieve the absolute through reflection, and the sycotic through labor, action, but not as aggressive as that of the syphilitic. In power, in control, sycotics and syphilis occupy a leading role. They may listen to the psorists, or they may not. Because action is necessary, sometimes harsh, maybe even destructive in nature, a psoricist will not be able to do this. He will reason and everyone will remain hungry. Psorics do not demand; they are content with what is given to them. Sycotics are demanding, they are owed money, their rights are infringed - a scandal where the psorik remains silent. The syphilitic is so scandalous that few people want to get involved with him and would rather give in, because there are psorics who can be “dumped” and they are not so scandalous. Psorics are concerned about world problems, they strive to make this world safe, “correct”, fair by virtue of your anxiety andthe principle of insufficiency, natural uncertainty. They need reliable guarantees from outside. They need patrons in the form of a fair state that would take care of them, a fair patron. They themselves can rarely be patrons. They are prevented from doing this by anxiety and uncertainty. And their compensated behavior is sometimes an empty philosophy, sometimes forcing the world to look at the phenomena of life in a completely different way. Sycotics have no time to think for a long time, they need to act, they love to communicate, solve practical issues, rebuild the material world, and naturally accumulate. They can patronize psorists and put their ideas into practice because they are practical. They are noisy and love noisy companies, extroverts, in contrast to psorics, who are more introverts. They need external dynamics, external effects. They are bright, standing out from the general background. These are business people. The topics that interest them are material reconstruction, acquisitions, capital accumulation, the use of natural resources, without particularly thinking about what this might lead to. These are leaders. Syphiliny is contrasting. It is characterized by extremes. He can be stupid, narrow-minded, base. But he can be a genius, extraordinary in thinking and behavior. These are revolutionaries. If sycotics can be roughly compared with traders, then syphilinium is a destroyer of both material and established foundations. If he is a genius or an outstanding scientist, his inventions are aimed at destruction. These are weapons, this is a bloody revolution, these are crazy ideas that shock everyone else. It is difficult for them to communicate in society, as they will either start making scandals or fight. They may be united by a common idea. But this idea, in essence, is violence against other peoples, groups of people and individuals. The syphilitic is obsessed with a delusional idea, and he wants to realize it through violent means. Football match. His favorite team lost. Psorik will mostly take this defeat philosophically. Can reason where and what mistakes were made. Will analyze the game. He will not show excessive feelings and emotions. He won't talk about him for long. Sikotik will scold and scold the team, individual players, and the referee. He is full of resentment. He cannot calm down for a long time, he is overwhelmed with emotions. It didn't work out the way he wanted. Sikotik controls and he wants everything to happen as he wants. He must own situations, as well as material ones. Its principle is to have, to own. Syphilinius will be furious, he will be overwhelmed with destructive emotions. He will go to the streets of the city and, regardless of anyone or anything, he will throw out all his aggression outside. He will break glass in shop windows, overturn cars, or direct all his anger at another person. He needs a release of the enormous hatred that he has for the world in general. Syphilinia is characterized by depth, the most terrible thing. The psoric is easily controlled, the sycotic himself loves to control, the syphilin is uncontrollable or completely weak-willed. Company. The first roles will be sycotic. He will talk a lot, maybe be a toastmaster. He will manage the process, he is the center of attention. He doesn’t ask anyone what’s right, he knows it himself, he’s not interested in other people’s opinions, like a psoricist who listens to the opinions of others because of his own insecurity. If a psoricist is interrupted, he will become silent and will not continue the phrase he started, and the sycotic will interrupt himself, but if he is interrupted, he will raise his voice and finish the sentence he started. The psorik will modestly carry on the conversation, being in the background. If he is given the floor, he, nervously, will make a laconic toast, just so that attention will quickly move from him to someone else. The sycotic's toast is long, beautiful, he pronounces it thoroughly, artistically, with pauses, drawing attention to himself and to what he is saying. After all, toast is his “thing” that he wants to show everyone. Syphilinius can sit silently and, characteristically, gloomily. Or say something inappropriate, absurd. May start a furious, inappropriate argument. It doesn’t make much difference to him where or with whom to start an argument; he is ready for this, if onlynot filled with depressive, heavy thoughts, which is also characteristic of him. Psorik shows off his new acquisitions shyly; he does not want to attract much attention to himself. Sikotik gladly demonstrates his acquisitions, talking about them in detail and at length. This applies not only to clothes, but also to everything he has, including children and their achievements. Acquisitions of syphilinia are essentially protest in nature. At the reception. Before entering, the psoricist will politely ask permission. Most likely, he will wait until you invite him to sit down, pointing to a chair or armchair. He will not be the first to voice his complaints. He is a follower, he is waiting for the command. He is unlikely to consider your office. You will notice that it is closed due to its modesty, it is truly delicate. But in all its manifestations one can notice anxiety. Psorik is modest and therefore he will not dress provocatively, his clothes are modest, not so fashionable. Sometimes he has no time for clothes, because he is a philosopher. The gait and movements are uncertain, restrained, delicate, so as not to “irritate” you. Sikotik dresses brightly, richly, he needs to be noticeable. He does not wait for your invitations, commands, he himself will try to control you. He will enter the office without tension, choose a seat for himself and take it without invitation. His posture is relaxed, he takes up a lot of space, straightening his shoulders, spreading his legs wide apart, often looking into the eyes, while the psorik shrinks and tries to take up less space (shoulders brought forward, slightly hunched posture, knees brought together, often lowered eyes). A sycotic can ask many questions for complete clarity; he always needs clear information so that he has it. And the psoricist will ask a lot of questions because of his anxiety. He will clarify the details in order to dispose of his anxiety. He is afraid of the dark, and darkness for him is an analogue of ignorance. For a psoricist, light is an analogue of knowledge; when he knows, he becomes calm for a while. For a sycotic, in the dark you cannot show everything you have, so light for him is an analogue of the possibility of demonstration, clarity, i.e. It is important for him to own both property and information. The syphilinic person may not ask about anything, or rather actively insist on his own, which can be considered as elements of violence, while the sycotic person will negotiate with the desire to be aware of all changes during therapy (possession of information). The psorik will faithfully wait for instructions and strictly follow them. Syphilinia can dress in contrasting ways. Awkward, ultra-fashionable, strictly in a classic style, defiant, pretentious. But in clothing, dark, black tones will prevail, like extremes, sharp aggressive lines, piercing accessories, metallic details with a cold shine. The movements of a syphilitic patient are sharp, acute, and may be uncoordinated and uncontrollable. The body may be disproportionate, having elements of asymmetry, such as an uneven row of teeth, overly elongated arms, large ears, and deep-set eyes. A heavy look, the facial expression can be stupid, gloomy, apathetic, deep wrinkles are expressed, especially nasolabial, between the eyebrows. They are not verbose when talking, are gloomy or inadequately assess the situation, and with the same inadequate laughter. Syphilinius may come to an appointment accompanied by strangers, because he needs to have his appointment explained; his memory may suffer. Sikotik himself takes with him whomever he wants as an attribute. The psoric needs an accompanying person as support. Because quite often wives bring their husbands to the reception. If they do, then the husbands are psoric or syphilinic. If a husband takes his wife with him, then he is most likely supposedly a sycotic. Naturally, we cannot judge by one sign, since reliability is determined by a set of characteristic features. These briefly described miasmatic portraits are in their purest form. The picture becomes more complicated due to the fact that it is unlikely that one of the miasms can be found in its pure form in one person. We have everythingthree, but in different proportions and combinations, and with different intensities of their manifestations. But, nevertheless, it is possible to identify the leading or dominant miasm. Doctors. Psorik is polite, listens for a long time, not daring to interrupt the patient. He will enter the room many times to find out about the patient's condition. These are all manifestations of his anxiety. Will double-check the research. He wants to “get to the bottom” of the truth, the real cause of the disease. But since the cause of diseases does not lie on the surface, the psoricist will delve into the study of the true causes of diseases and will study disciplines related to medicine. He wants to approach the issue comprehensively, looking for the meaning of the disease. He is not satisfied with the current etiology. This is not enough for him, he needs depth and a comprehensive vision. He is not quick in emergency situations. He chooses more “contemplative” specialties that do not require emergency decision-making; under stress he freezes. He needs time to think. For a sycotic, everything is clear and simple. He doesn't need to complicate anything. Here is inflammation, therefore, here is an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory agent. Here's the pain, here's the analgesic. The cause-and-effect relationship is on the surface. No “philosophy” is needed, concrete actions are needed. If it doesn't help, go to a psychotherapist. Sikotik is strict and demanding. He does not tolerate it when the patient begins to think or assume anything about his illness. He is a leader, he knows everything himself and he does not like to be in a state of ignorance, to listen to assumptions. He needs specifics. And he absolutely does not need various incomprehensible theories. He is practical, he is specific. “I won’t see, I won’t touch, I won’t believe.” For syphiliny, extremeness, speed in decision-making, similar to spontaneity, a reflex, can be traced. Perhaps these are resuscitators, surgeons, emergency services. They are in their element and feel confident. Diseases. If a psoric person is sick, those around him may not know about it, because he is modest. If he asks for advice, he does it quietly, without attracting attention. He doesn't want to be the center of attention, he doesn't want anyone to find out that he is sick. The sycotic will talk loudly and in detail about his illness. He has a lot of complaints, because he is a “bright”, “excessive” personality. He needs to present his complaints effectively. Syphilinic may underestimate his condition, treating his illness not quite adequately, or become silent and gloomy, withdrawn and apathetic. When a sudden, unexpected and severe illness occurs, a person experiences stress and goes through several periods. Shock is the first reaction. The psychic will freeze motionless, the sycotic will unconsciously rush about, the syphilinian will panic, he will experience horror, he may spontaneously commit suicide. Each of them acts according to his nature unconsciously. After a period of shock comes a period of disbelief at what happened. “It can’t be,” “It’s a dream, I’ll wake up tomorrow and everything will be as before.” Next comes the realization of what really happened. During this period, aggression towards the world and towards fate may arise. “Why did this happen to me, it’s not fair.” Aggression can be accompanied by envy and condemnation. “I am sick, but others are healthy.” After aggression, a sick person may experience depression. And the last period is accepting what happened and planning the future, taking into account the outcome and state after the stress experienced. The psorik goes through these periods faster and comes to accept what happened, he can look at everything that happened philosophically. Sycotics and syphilinics often get stuck in aggression and depression and can remain in this period for a long time. In syphilinia, the manifestations will be much deeper than in sycotic. The Sikotik will “bargain” with fate and make a lot of efforts in order to change the situation. After numerous efforts, he will accept what happened. Today’s time is not contemplative, more accumulative, fussy, envious, destructive... Psora began, then sycosis, after syphilinia. And it all ends in a cancerous miasma. It's just the dynamics. PS.
