From the author: from a session with a client The other day I was working with a girl. Maybe you will be interested in the process of transforming the experience and rethinking. She told me that she discovered something devilish in herself - a frantic and evil witch. She always knew about it, hiding somewhere deep inside, and hoped that it would never make itself known. She feared and hated her. I asked to “show” her. And the girl’s face began to become covered with wrinkles, her eyes became small and shiny, and her hair seemed to stand on end. As her face distorted, the same thing happened with her body: her shoulders rose, her body arched, her fingers curled and became like claws. The witch girl began to yap, shout obscene words, raged around the room for a long time and finally... giggled!!! Her sudden movements turned into small jumps. She laughed and squealed and jumped high into the air. She became playful. And stopping, she suddenly said: “I’m no longer an evil witch!” “Yes, and who are you now?” “I’m just like a playful child.” I love to laugh and play. This is so great, and I gave up all this when I was a child. I had a lot of wild energy, but I restrained myself because I thought: this was not at all becoming for a girl. It took me so long to get to this point.
