If you ask yourself a question like: “Why did I do this, why is this happening to me again, why is this situation repeating itself?” - then this article is for you. The reasons for actions are often in the plane of the unconscious. Let's figure out what the plane of the unconscious means using an example. Let’s say you’ve often heard the phrase from your parents: “big money comes with a lot of work.” You could react to this phrase in different ways: accept and believe in this belief; think on the contrary - “but big money comes to me easily” and believe it; ignore it, i.e. you just can’t hear, etc. If you accepted and believed that big money comes from a lot of work, this attitude/program/belief is built into your space and becomes your program, now you look at money through the filter of this belief. You didn’t notice the moment when you accepted someone else’s new belief, you didn’t realize, let’s say, this could have happened when you were still in the womb. Conviction is already on the plane of the unconscious and manifests itself in life. So you are trying to earn more money, you take a lot of actions, work two or three jobs, you get tired, burn out, but there is no more money. At the same time, you see how other people easily have a lot of money, this can irritate you, depress you, make you depressed. It is important to track your condition and name it, for example, “I am annoyed by my lack of money, I envy Masha that she has.. ., But not me". This is how the stage of searching for a belief/program begins. So, we take actions to look into the unconscious: We catch the moment of our dissatisfaction or reaction to the situation. We record it, give it a name, write it down in a notebook. We create a new belief. To do this, we ask ourselves the question: “How do I want it differently?” We listen to ourselves and write down a new program/belief. There should be a feeling of lightness and calm, the new belief responds to you with ease. We consciously introduce a new program/belief into life. The introduction of a new belief will require faith, time and persistence. What other ways are there to understand the unconscious reasons for your actions: every morning, upload your thoughts to paper , write everything that goes without evaluation; observe how people and situations mirror your programs to you, i.e. everything you have a reaction to is inside you; write your questions in the evening, wake up in the morning and write the answers - all the thoughts that come; Observe what is happening throughout the day, answers and tips will appear in the outside world. Good luck in your independent work! Share in the comments whether you managed to figure out the unconscious on your own, what difficulties you are facing or vice versa, what happened and how it affected your life. The Deep PEAT technique effectively pulls programs out of the unconscious, while you see and become aware of them. Even after one session you will be able to work independently and environmentally for yourself. You can find more information about the PEAT session here and in the article.
