Author: Vitaly Pichugin Source: http://www.nlplife.ru/ “I won’t come today, I have problems at work.” When I once again heard these words from a friend, I decided that it was time to tell me how to live without problems. At least you can try, it won't get any worse. There have always been and will be difficulties in life, but how do you deal with them? Do you call it a problem or do you perceive it as a new introduction to life, or perhaps as an interesting task? The money ran out, as always - unexpectedly. Is this a problem or a problem that suddenly appeared? If a person gets sick, does he have a task to get well or a problem to worry about? There is a lot of information about work that needs to be read and remembered. Will we survive the problem thrown up by management, or will we set ourselves the task of quickly processing the information? By the way, we can also draw a conclusion for the future: why not systematically learn how to read quickly and memorize well, so that the management can no longer puzzle you. For any situation it is not written how to call it and experience it. For example, any difficulty can be seen as a problem and called that, or it can be seen as an interesting task, and, accordingly, treated differently. “I don’t know how to meet an interesting man” is a problem. “We need to figure it out and understand how to meet an interesting man” is a task. What to call it is decided more according to a template, out of habit. How are you used to it? • Every habit has its own “habit.” There is no need to immediately rush into battle if you are used to worrying more than thinking. Move slowly. For example, first realize what you are doing, what is happening. Awareness of the problem is the first step. When a girl claims that she is Thumbelina, and the mirror brazenly says that she is a hippopotamus, then it is useful to realize the problem of excess weight. The second step may be to articulate the desired outcome. “I want to be not fat” is wrong. “I want to lose weight” is also not quite right. “I want to weigh five kilograms less in three months” - this is correct. The third step is planning. What exactly to do (or not to do) to lose those extra five kilograms. Next is pure creativity. We need to decide what and how to eat, how to increase physical activity, where to get information. These are already ordinary tasks, and not an empty experience of a problem. In very simple situations, it is better to develop the habit of immediately formulating an answer to the question - what to do? I have a toothache. What to do? See a doctor right away. Wrinkled the car. You need to call service. Lazy. Get down to business, immediately, without reasoning. Do not get enough sleep. Stop spending half the night on the Internet. Go to bed early. I can't meet you. Learn. Life becomes easier. If you want. When you want to experience problems again, give yourself 10 minutes to suffer, and then return to life without problems. All in your hands.
