Probably many have wondered, what is art therapy? Art therapy is a psychotherapy that uses creative techniques. But this is not a drawing, music or acting class that you or your child attend. The goal of art therapy is to work with your own “I.” And you need to remember that art therapy is a direction of psychological correction that is based on art and creativity, or rather, a metaphor. Doing creativity yourself or with a child on your own is good, but do not confuse these activities with art therapy. With the help of creativity, we draw resources and energy. Today there are about twenty areas of art in the world -therapy intended for both children and adults.
