It is very important now to take care of your space. Restore it - your place of safety - if it (and in this situation this happens) is lost, blurred, violated. You can and should restore your space: 1. Bodily. Here is an example of the algorithm: Where you are now (sitting, lying, standing, moving), feel your breath (inhale and exhale, several times, continuing), feel the weight of the body and the support on the feet, pelvis (if sitting) and recoil floor weight Feel the breath along with grounding, giving weight to the floor. Grounding helps us feel in the here and now, in reality. Take your time, give yourself time to feel everything. Feel how the volume of the chest expands as you inhale, and contracts as you exhale. Breathing helps us feel alive, changeable, natural. Feel the verticality in the body through a calm extension of the spine. Through the vertical, we take root down behind the pelvis and at the same time reach up behind the top of the head. The feeling of the vertical in the body makes it possible to feel our axis, our Self, self-support. And the next step is to look around where you are now. Take a good look around. And when you saw the space around you, feel very clearly yourself in it, yourself voluminous/voluminous and three-dimensional, present/present. Mark the space around you, around your body - which is yours - a personal zone of safety and a kind of inviolability, comfort, which can be flexible , and protecting. You can move around in it. You can just sit and feel it, your invisible boundaries. Feeling yourself entirely. 2. Psychologically. It is not very easy, but consciously, taking care of yourself, look - What is important for me to have in my space every day? What things, people, concerns, information, work, leisure, etc. Try to choose whenever possible. Relying on what helps me not to freeze, not to multiply strong emotions, but what helps me return and feel stability, integrity, compassion, contact with the body, with myself, with others, so that the energy returns and is lived. I repeat that this can be extremely not easy. And therefore, it is important for us to look and search - what helps me regain my stability and integrity, sensitivity and compassion. For example: - mutual support of like-minded people, communication, care, presence, family - walks in nature, open air, physical activity, dance, movement - work, creativity, activity, benefits - psychological support groups - sleep, food, shower, bath - movies, books - religion .....Very sensitively, relying on feeling and reason, make decisions and choices every day with care about yourself and your space. This is important and healthy. It really resonated with me and was useful to hear from a teacher on authentic movement - “Don’t allow yourself to split. It is important to go lower, where there is no duality.” And I would like to add on my own – where we are one whole. Where are we talking about connection, connection?.
