When a person does not have a job, he can do a lot. Stanislav Jerzy Lec What is a “favorite job”? Is it worth working for money? How to find your Business? These questions concern many people. And everyone finds their own answer and makes a decision. Although, if you think about it, there can be only two such decisions: go where there is an opportunity to get a job (connections, good money, some benefits, etc.) or go where a person is interested in himself. Sooner or later, some (not everyone!) begin to wonder: what to choose - a job that you love, with the risk of being left behind, or to live making money from a boring and mediocre job (despite the fact that it squeezes out all the juice)? In my opinion, a more interesting path is - find something you like. Because ultimately, we will succeed (not just financially) if we do what we are passionate about. By the way, don’t expect that everything will be easy and simple along this path. Because the task is not to get rid of problems, but to live life with pleasure. And even if this path does not bring a lot of money, it will certainly bring something else - mental development, creative growth, self-esteem. You can choose another path. It is not always possible to leave your job, which for some reason does not suit you (you need to support your family, pay off loans, etc.). But you can try to make your current job more interesting, try to love your job. How? By changing my attitude towards her. Look at your work from a different angle; there is probably a lot of good in it. Answer these questions for yourself: what did I learn from this job? What life lessons have you learned? Maybe you learned how to write reports competently, or learned how to communicate without conflict with clients, or maybe it was thanks to this work that you realized that you were interested in something completely different. And also, think about who you work for? “For your uncle,” for the state, for someone else? With this approach, it is difficult to avoid disappointment from the feeling of uselessness, meaninglessness, and accusing others of ingratitude. And if you accept this attitude: I work for myself. On your reputation, professional skills, self-respect. In this case, any work acquires meaning, and the desire to work conscientiously. In general, do what you love…. or love what you do :) In general, what does work mean to you? Finish the sentences: Work is... Work is... Work is... But in fact, work is... Of course, if I’m not lying, work is... When I look at life with a sane look, I understand that work is... But when I listen to my heart, I feel that work is... If I were to tell my children what work is, I would say that work is... And yet work is... Now combine all your answers in one sentence “Work is...”. What did you get? Like? No? What motives prevail? How would you define your attitude towards work? It may vary. Several groups can be roughly distinguished: 1. There are people for whom work is generally a bore. And any job. According to the principle “wherever you work, as long as you don’t work.” Such people (probably) have a hard time, because for them the chance of finding an interesting job is small: either such a person will not be hired without seeing a drop of enthusiasm in him, and if they are hired, then with such a life philosophy you can make any job tedious and boring .2. If you ask some people “Why do you work this job?”, they will answer “You have to work somewhere” or “Everyone has to do something.” This answer reeks of despondency, a kind of doom. It's sad, isn't it? Work as a necessity. They won't give us medals for spending our whole lives in a job we hate. In this case there is no need to talk about any pleasure, joy, or creativity.3. There is another category of people whose general attitude can be defined as follows: “Work is great.” Then, under any circumstances, such a person will make his work interesting,?
