Very often my clients come with the words, “I have no resource, I’m exhausted, where can I get the strength to implement my plan, I can’t handle it alone, and the list goes on.” But in the course of work, it turns out that there is strength, and the person can cope as best he can, he just doesn’t know how, he just doesn’t see his resource, doesn’t know how to activate it and where to even get this “unseen beast”. Therefore, I decided to outline a little what a resource is, why we need it, and in what direction it can be found. A resource is a state, an opportunity that can be used if necessary, a reserve source of something (strength, energy, love, etc. .), a remedy that is turned to in case of need; This is all that allows us to feel healthy, filled with vitality, energetic, active, confident. Relying on our resource, we can decide to take action, start doing, move in the direction of what we want. A resource is something we can turn to when: - we are indecisive - there is no strength to achieve what we want; - we want changes in life; - no interest in life, and little makes you happy; - I want to shed the load of fatigue; - I lack vitality; - my hands give up; - lacks confidence; - feeling anxious and uneasy; - no feeling of harmony; - a feeling of powerlessness and lack of support in life; And I think you can add to this list of conditions that each of us has encountered at least once in our lives. When we talk about a resource, we mean a certain force that magically appears in us and just as magically disappears. But everything has its reasons, and if you are in a depleted state, then perhaps you: - do not know about your resources, where to get them; - are used to spending your resources thoughtlessly; - do not replenish your resource; - suppress your resources, being afraid of evaluations and condemnation from others; - you focus primarily on the needs of others; - you underestimate your existing resources; Resources can be external and internal: External resources: objects and subjects: memorabilia, friends and helpers, family, home, tree, etc. Internal resources are: - bodily feeling of the body, sports, dance, sleep, massage, rest, voice and singing, sex - emotional: sensitivity, expression of emotions, receptivity, sentimentality, creativity. - cognitive: plans, understanding, imagination, curiosity, ideas, values, rights, memories, self-identification, meditation, creativity, awareness When we want to discover and activate our resources, we turn to external objects, subjects and to our internal resources that are stored by our body, our emotions, our memory, our mind. Resource Everyone has it, you may or may not be aware of it, but it is there, and it is important to learn how to use it, if you want to use its power. If this topic is close to you and you want to solve it for yourself, learn how to use your resources, I invite you to a live event “The most resourceful training” February 12, 2014 Details on the website: http://otragenie.net/archives/453 or by phone: 8-929-573-93-99 Tatyana
