For many of us, it seems quite difficult to show care towards ourselves, and even more so, to turn love in our direction. Today I would like to touch on a number of recommendations that can become a helping mechanism for gaining support within yourself. Don’t be afraid to say “no”, don’t cheat on yourself. Even if something “never” will happen in your life. Never say “never.” Every day or once a week, and sometimes once a month is permissible, talk to your soul and ask it questions: “Are you on the right track?” Am I on the way, am I going there, am I with those? It's never too late to change and change. Time is the most precious thing you have. If you are faced with the choice of buying yourself time or doing it yourself and saving... buy it, save your time. Allow yourself to live without regard to what others think and say. You are who you are - a princess, a queen, a goddess. There will always be criticism, but goddesses are not judged. Be yourself. If you want to whine - whine, if you want to be lazy - be lazy, scared - be afraid, if you don’t want to be silent - scream, if you want to laugh - laugh. Allow yourself to express the full range of your feelings and emotions, as you can afford to do so now. After all, behind every suppressed emotion are hidden your sources of strength. Take care of your health, both physical and necessarily mental. The body doesn't lie, the mind does. The mind considers the body 10 - 15 years younger, so take care of yourself. Be kind to yourself and never talk bad about yourself. Follow your instincts and listen to your intuition, you cannot control everything. Laugh at yourself, look at everything around you with a smile, enjoy every “now” and every “yes”. Don't be serious! There are no mistakes, there is experience! Failures in life, of course, happen. What would it be like without them? Life should be striped black and white, like a zebra, in order to feel its full taste, like bittersweet chocolate. Enjoy the taste of life. Remember - you have one life, live it without rehearsals. Let there be more life in life than plans and thoughts, but don’t stop dreaming. M.
