From the author: The article was published on the author’s website “The Brain is a Generator of Success” On a warm September day, my friend and I were sitting at the table of a small coastal cafe. The sun warmed it tenderly, the sea gently rolled wave after wave onto the shore, quietly rolling the pebbles, the breeze gently caressed the face. The obsessive summer bustle has already left the seaside town, nervousness has disappeared, and the rhythm of life, so fast in the summer, has again become leisurely. But it seemed that in people’s souls everything was not at all as serene as around them. Nervousness, fear and anxiety have remained in them since the summer, and they periodically remind us of themselves, preventing us from forgetting the past and moving towards our goals, as if tripping us up at the most inopportune, most crucial moment in life. What is it that tugs at the hidden strings of worry, melancholy, sadness, fear, anxiety in the human soul? Noticing that my friend was tense and did not feel the pleasure of relaxation, I asked what she was sad about, what was preventing her from enjoying the serene sea landscape and fragrant tea. It turned out that for several days now she has been tormented by internal anxiety, from time to time an unreasonable fear comes over her, and after these attacks of panic her mood deteriorates for a long time, everything falls out of her hands, and she wants to forget the past, hide deep in a secluded corner, see no one and do nothing. To eliminate many questions, I will immediately make a small explanation. A friend moved to our city at the beginning of summer from the distant Russian hinterland. I found a good job and resolved the housing issue. Her husband came to her on vacation, her son was with her all summer. The decision to move was made by their family together, since in the city where they lived before, the friend did not have a job that would bring her pleasure, the husband also could not fully realize himself, and they would have sent their son to study anyway to our region. Now the family was building their new life together in a new city, and from the outside everything seemed absolutely prosperous, BUT... After finishing her tea, a friend asked me to work with her state of fear and causeless melancholy. We finished our tea and went to my office, where we continued our work. We needed to find the source of this state, understand what message was embedded in it, and remove its negative emotional charge. Already in the course of work, carefully probing all sorts of pain points, we realized that this was a manifestation of memory. Special, GENETIC memory. The memories took my friend further and further into the depths of centuries, and finally touched their source - the relationships and reactions to them that arose in connection with the tragedy that unfolded in her family. Now certain technical issues related to processing the information received have become significant for me. It was very important for my friend to understand and accept, to transform the messages of her ancestors, to see the negative consequences, the destructive influence of this memory of the past on her current life. I will not talk now about the methods and ways of working with my friend, I am going to write about this in my subsequent articles , to gradually, step by step, reveal the simultaneous simplicity and complexity, and the extreme importance of working with messages and viruses from the past, recorded in the genetic memory of each of us. Once upon a time, my friend’s family adopted a certain style of behavior, interaction and reaction to pain, grief, life’s difficulties, and now, laid down at the genetic level, they affect all her current affairs and relationships. It’s like a virus that has infected and is now poisoning her entire current life. So, let’s continue. Knowing my methods and ways of working, my friend quickly plunged into a relaxed state, while fully understanding, being aware and consciously managing all the processes occurring during our work. From the way her body reacted, from the expression on her face, it was clear that she was plunged into very deep memories, as if she had entered that distant time in which her great-great-great-grandmother lived. She saw, felt.
