Even taking into account that this syndrome has been studied for forty years, there is no consensus in psychological science on the formulation of the concept of emotional burnout. Domestic and foreign authors formulate this term in their own way. In psychology, emotional burnout syndrome is referred to as a variety of concepts that relate to personality deformation. Among researchers in Russian psychology, emotional burnout is understood as a certain psychological defense mechanism formed by the individual, which includes, in whole or in part, some emotions that are created in response to influences that traumatize the psyche. In foreign psychology, the authors adhere to the following formulation of emotional burnout, that this is a special situation characterized by emotional, mental and mental exhaustion, and has a relationship with professional activity. While studying this topic, I cannot but agree with everyone and at the same time form for myself, as for The psychologist has his idea that emotional burnout is a certain construct or a set of negative experiences at the psychological level, which are associated with fairly long and strong interpersonal interactions and are characterized by a fairly high intensity at the emotional level or cognitive complexity. Emotional burnout is a dynamic process that occurs in a temporary space with established permanent stages. Studying the impact of this syndrome, I believe that it would be useful to conduct, on a regular basis, psychological diagnostics of the state of the organization’s employees in companies, identify risk areas, develop and implement measures aimed at preventing psycho-emotional burnout. It is logical to believe that the effective solution of stressful problems and the prevention of emotional burnout guarantees an increase in the efficiency of workers. Prevention of this syndrome is the acquisition of skills in an emotional and physical stable state, effective communication skills, the ability to formulate professional and personal goals for self-realization, plan professional activities and find an optimal balance between career and personal life, which was consecrated by me in my master’s work in practical psychology and the result was the creation of the author’s program “Prevention of emotional burnout for office employees”, which more than 50 people have already completed and it has received scientific confirmation of its effectiveness. "Prevention of emotional burnout for office employees", using the latest coaching technologies, consists of 4 blocks. If you have any questions regarding the program in the company, I will be happy to answer in a personal message..
