Despite what is happening, now is the most fruitful time to take care of yourself. All previously blocked programs, scenarios, feelings and states have come to the surface. They are on the surface - there is no need to look for them. Someone experiences a clear state of numbness, petrification, compression, complete helplessness and apathy, reluctance to do anything, and sometimes even wants to die, so as not to see, feel, not sense what something happens that there is absolutely no way to influence; I want NOT to BE in this state. Others, on the contrary, are full of strength, energy, enthusiasm, but there is nowhere to manifest themselves; experience irritation, extreme anger, rage from the inability to act. This indicative state is characterized as hit and run! only there is nowhere - no one is waiting, everything is closed. Family people who previously interacted with each other for a limited amount of time are now undergoing a severe test of intimacy. And not always successfully. Now is a very difficult period of life, which we are all experiencing together and each individually for the first time on such a global scale. So about those blocked feelings that are so many inside and which began to break through. In those situations when we could to influence something, it was in our power to keep these feelings inside. This is not good, but we could somehow control them, restrain them, somehow manifest them (the most advanced - live, express, and so on)... WE COULD. Our zone of influence was wider. Now there is another stage - a crisis. And during this period everything is different. The psyche reacts in a way that is unusual for us, which most people did not even suspect. The entire population of the Earth is living through this difficult moment, and each in their own way. And the stressful effect on the psyche and body is obvious. We all know that it is not the stress itself that affects our mental health situation, and our attitude towards it, our response to it, our interpretation. And how can we react now, when everything is complex, incomprehensible, unclear and very fragile. To survive in a crisis, it is extremely important to pay attention to yourself: look deep inside and ask Question to yourself: “Why/why do I need all this personally?” , answer it honestly, reason, preferably in writing. And think about how you can now support yourself on your own, what resources to use, what useful and enjoyable things to do for yourself. If you have difficulty finding resources and answers to questions, seek professional psychological help. This is very important.
