When you are sad and bored, when it seems that everything is going wrong, when even a psychologist does not help :), try making a “GRATITUDE LIST”. Remember everyone you love there is something to thank for, it can be either real people from your life, or authors of books, songs, actors of a good movie, play, or someone else who once helped you with a word, a joke, a thought, or simply lent you money, smiled or taught you an important life lesson (not always, maybe positive, but useful, teaching you something). Feel gratitude in your body to all these people. Maybe it will be a feeling of warmth, lifting, excitement, joy, maybe specific life events will pop up in your memory, track them in yourself, in your body. Say out loud: THANK YOU!!! and, tick off your list of those to whom you can actually say this word. Try to do this soon. You can even thank those who, as you think, will help you in the future in realizing some of your dreams or ideas. Just get ahead of events and time and thank these people in advance. Thus, you have already taken an important step towards your dream. After you thank these people and, for sure, receive a lot of positive emotions, your mood will lift.
