All life is like a project. I've been thinking about this a lot lately. If you want to have something or want to change something, you need to invest in it. Time, resources, money, attention. In different ratios. To have a beautiful body, you need to watch your diet, exercise, and do regular skincare treatments. And the older you get, the number of regular tasks increases. To improve your quality of life, you need to regularly visit a psychologist, engage in self-development, and do various practices. To become financially free, you need to regularly take actions and steps that lead to this. And so on in every area of life, including relationships. There are many areas of life. Desire and interest to succeed everywhere too. And how to fit all this into the day of your life is not very clear. I drew attention to 2 important points for myself. You will never reach the ideal, accept it. Make the most of what is available to you at the moment. And set your priorities. At some point I sat down and made 3 lists. 1. Regular tasks, 2. One-time tasks that need to be done and can be forgotten, 3. Skills that I want to develop in myself. In general, I was tired at the stage of writing these lists) The main difficulty is that I want everything at once and right now. It is important to breathe and prioritize. What is most important and what can wait. And when we work on the most important things, other areas can also catch up. There are no isolated areas in our lives; everything is connected to everything. At this stage, my priorities are work and appearance. Six months ago, global changes occurred in my life and there was quite a lot of stress for me, which I began to actively eat. And I gained more than 10 kg in 4 months. I was scared when I realized it. And work began to regain its original forms. At the age of 20, you could simply give up buns and the weight would come back. At 35, this is not enough at all, especially when you haven’t eaten these buns for many years. You have to regulate your diet, actively play sports and work with your head. Many reasons are there. But it's definitely worth it. Lately, I’ve also often come across problems with excess weight on the forum, and I’m focusing my attention on this area. Tell me what I do from a psychological point of view, how I remove limiting attitudes? With sports and food, I think everything is clear. Svetlana Sherstina. Psychologist, Gestalt therapist.
