And without the formation of volitional processes, in my opinion, a person cannot develop systematically. Because the process of development itself is always associated with overcoming internal and external obstacles, difficulties, patience with discomfort, the ability to use delayed satisfaction of one’s needs, which is how endurance, self-control and endurance are formed.
