After I finished doing my work and rested, I tried to analyze what I had done. Here are my conclusions: 1. More negative feelings were found in my body than positive ones.2. In the upper part of the body, in the chest area, mainly emotions and feelings are located. A minority of them live in the head, neck and abdomen. 3. I have discovered that my body has more negative feelings in density today. 4. The maximum part of my body is occupied by anxiety - this is the main background feeling. Anxiety still controls me. While I was analyzing my body, for some reason one negative thing came into my head, a feeling of numbness appeared in my shoulder blades, I haven’t felt it for a long time. Anxiety filled me completely at that moment.5. When I experience prolonged stress, I hold my breath, my stomach tightens, my shoulders and the muscles in my head tighten. Later, the shoulders begin to go numb from tension, they rise, press against the ears, pressing into the neck.6. I made the following conclusions: I need to monitor my usual emotions, do breathing exercises and relaxation exercises more often, get rid of the habit of worrying and living in tension, and also learn to overcome difficulties in order to rid my body of the real need to suffer.
