Depth of experiences. Meeting with another person. Relationship. Different needs, desires and feelings. How much has been written about the differences in each of us people. About needs, desires, how to see the other person in a couple. And sometimes many people know this, understand (realize), but everything remains at the level of understanding, knowledge and awareness. We have all been and lived through childhood and it was different for everyone, some were lucky, some less so, but we all live now with their habits, psychological traumas, developmental arrests, psychological defenses and benefits. And there is always a choice to stay in what is familiar and look at the world through the prism of a learned image of yourself and other people, without checking, in attempts to doubt something else in yourself and in the world around you... And the choice to come out of denial by observing for yourself and the world. Observation is the ability to consider the world with interest and curiosity, without evaluating or comparing. Observe, contemplate - this is what is given to us by nature at birth, to look at, to be surprised, to be impressed. And if a child, during a period of interest and curiosity about the world and himself (to look at himself, to study himself), is sat down with cartoons or computer toys, then in the future interest and curiosity will need to be developed. And for this you need to be active. If at 2 years old a child is naturally interested, then at 10 years old and beyond it is already stressful, and if the parents were still doing everything for the child, then they don’t want to make any effort. And the output will be a person who knows and understands this world in his own way, through images and templates. And if an image or template breaks, the next template is looked for or life is arranged in such a way as to always and everywhere find confirmation of one’s images of oneself and others. And then meetings it won’t be with another, since his desires and needs can only be the same as according to the template and take into account true needs = going against one’s own attitudes means straining, being interested, observing, remembering, taking into account, boundaries. Straining.... Everything is habitual as usual and according to the rules in the templates. And then the endless search for ideal patterns and people leads to a life of trials and endless grief in the form of rage and loss of power and control over the situation. Getting out of such a circle is difficult, but possible. Will, effort, curiosity, interest and desire to live outside of your own imagined reality help to gain experience of the diversity of yourself and others..
