Remember that glucose is the main food for the brain! And before you leave the house, imagine that there is a thread tied to the top of your head that pulls you up. Walk like this for a few minutes, straighten your shoulders. Feel the strength and lightness of your body, the readiness to act energetically. Say a few affirmations - “The power is in me!”, “The power is guiding me!” “I am cheerful and cheerful!”, “Everything turns out easy and joyful!”. That's all the setup. Well, the psychological mood for the whole day is ready! And maintain this state throughout the day, even if the work is “through the roof.” And then everything in life will begin to turn out the way you need! You will begin to attract positive people, positive events. Remember the true words: “like attracts like.” Each person is the master of his own mood, and don’t expect a wizard to come and start creating it, the main thing is to want to live happily this morning.
