Whether you decide to leave your difficulties and enjoy life or wallow in your misery, life will go on. Germany Kent. Life will go on as long as while you're alive. And no matter what life is, no matter how joyless or unbearable it seems, it will continue. And if so, then what is the point of living it as if you had already died? Such an existence can only be justified by one thing: if you have depression. Depression is considered one of the most insidious diseases; at its core, it is a combination of mental disorders that arise as a result of a wide range of internal and external circumstances. Depression is not just a depressed mood under the influence of stress or any external events. A person may have everything he seems to need to feel happy, but he still suffers. Many people live with depression for years without even knowing they have the disease. People with depression can certainly experience different feelings, but more often than not they are unable to perceive the colors of life. They evaluate their life as joyless, hopeless, empty. Such thoughts and states make them isolate themselves from others, communication with other people is difficult for them, they constantly feel tired, complain that everything is uninteresting to them, and do not understand why life is so hard for them. But even in this case, you can help yourself feel the taste of life with the help of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, which can very well help in changing your attitude towards yourself and towards life in general. Why does a person choose a joyless life? Why isn’t he looking for a way out to another level of his life? Doesn't ask for help? It is difficult to answer these questions in monosyllables, but there are certainly answers. For example, a person grew up among people who also lived like this - without joy, without pleasure, without hope for change, resigned on the outside, but not resigned on the inside. And this contradiction “tears” a person into pieces, creating unbearable constant tension. And through the prism of this state a person looks at his life. Or maybe it’s not life itself that’s so bad, but that everything inside a person isn’t good? It would seem that it’s simpler - change your attitude and life will sparkle with new colors. Remember, whether you choose to move on or get stuck in the past, life goes on! Billy Cox. Life will go on regardless of whether you’re stuck in the past or don’t see the future. It continues right now, at this moment and it cannot be any other way. Therefore, if you choose the position of not living, while you are alive, you will still live. And if so, then why not choose the life that will delight you, isn’t that what we were born for? Well, or at least one in which there is no desire to kill yourself. After all, it is possible! This choice is available to everyone. I'm not going to hold my breath because life goes on. Life is too short to sit and moan about what could have been or what was. Tina Weymouth. Life is not what it will be someday, not what it was, it is right now. Life is what happens at this second. Internet forums contain many topics with stories from people of different ages about how there is no desire to live this life, “nothing is better than one like mine,” “I have nothing to hold on to in this life,” “I I can’t wait any longer until I finally start living.” But each of us begins to live long before birth, before being born. Now I don’t dare talk about what I don’t understand. For example, that the soul itself chooses where and with whom to be born, that everything is predetermined in advance, and so on. I can speak with confidence about what I understand in my line of work, and specifically about the importance of psychological education and a conscious attitude towards life. That your attitude towards life can be changed. And along with this change, life itself will certainly change. If there is a desire, then a solution will certainly be found. And I can help you with this. If something goes wrong, here's my advice... stay calm and
