Notes from Privalov I never thought that I would still be able to play the role of my favorite hero A. PRIVALOV (hello to the Strugatsky Brothers). I also thought that I would stay in the arrangement method for a short time, I would only confirm my opinion that this is all a pseudo-scientific method and immerse myself in analysis, but it turned out to be too long!) and made me stop being surprised by all sorts of miracles. Surely the Strugatsky brothers I have already mentioned were not the arrangers? Well, since I decided that my Monday began on Saturday, I decided to figure out how it works.... I wanted a formula, or at least a demonstration of the philosopher's stone, in order to get at least some kind of internal scientific support, well, for example, how vicarious perception works. For those who do not understand this term, let me explain that the method of arrangement is group, and although it can be worked in an individual format, it seems to me that group work makes this process as “delicious” as possible. The client places his internal problematic image on the so-called substitutes (ordinary people, by the way, are not duplicates; anyone who has read the Strugatskys, again, will understand), who begin to perceive the feelings of the characters in the client’s system. When I first saw how this was done, I had an irresistible desire to call an ambulance. And my hand was already reaching for the telephone receiver, and my brain began to frantically figure out how best I could explain to the orderlies what was happening here now, when suddenly the desire to attract the forces of representatives of Hippocrates dissipated, like a spell of the forces of darkness, when I saw the client’s eyes, which were both two, looked at the deputies with genuine delight, from which I concluded that everything reproduced by them (the deputies) was an exact fit into his story. I decided to watch the action to the end. And she was stunned by the effect. The client sobbed, demonstrating the power of the insights that washed over him, the therapist looked at him benevolently, in the arrangement field all the deputies hugged each other, also wiping away bright tears of relief. There seemed to be a smell of sulfur in the air...)) Delight! And the question is... How the hell does this work?? How can a person who is a stranger to the client feel the feelings, sorry for the taftology, of the client and him, tobish of the client system? How does it exactly repeat the gestures, facial expressions, and phrases of the characters in this system? Well, I’m a clinician after all, my brain is used to squashing. I couldn’t stand it and raised literature, well, as much as I could find to illuminate this issue. Now I will briefly outline how it seems to me that this works... but this does not cancel the smell of sulfur) and Privalov’s surprise when meeting a talking cat. There is an opinion that at the level of neurophysiology, so-called mirror neurons are involved in this process. Which was one of the first to be discovered by Giacomo Risolatti, a professor at the University of Parma Department of Neuroscience. These cells are excited when a person performs a certain action, and are also excited when observing others perform these actions. For example, well, exactly, everyone caught themselves at the moment when they looked at a yawning person and “got infected” - the mouth suddenly opens up in an uncontrollable yawn. That is, when we see something, we try it on ourselves. By the way, there is an opinion that it is mirror neurons that are responsible for the process of empathy. The mechanism is the same. As I understand it, the client uses this phenomenon, as if consciously carrying out this transfer to the deputy. And this allows the substitute to enter the role and have access to other people’s feelings. Therapists will understand that when they catch themselves in the moment when they are stuck in a countertransference, we are observing the same phenomenon. Also “our everything!” - good old Freud said that sooner or later, any client transfers the role of his mother to the therapist..... It also seems to me that children make excellent use of substitute perception when, when playing, they become first a bunny, then Batman. Moreover, they even manage to find the optimal solution for each character. At the moment of the game, one can observe all the projections of their parents, as well as all their intrasystem conflicts. Well, the arrangement is in its purest form, comrades!!!
